We were two families with a total of 5 children. Jac & Pom were up to the challenge. When we arrived at Hansaah on Christmas eve, everything had been arranged so that we could immediately enjoy and make the most of our stay in Thailand. Jac and Pom are lovely hosts. They gave us an extensive crash course in Thai... More

Thai people love children ... So welcoming children is never a problem at Hansaah ;-) 3 adults and 5 children is indeed a challenge for breakfast (logistics and rapidity are certainly not the main skill of Thai people .... some of you have been waiting for their french toast for quite a while !!! ;-) but we love welcoming families... This hotel gives you not only a family-like feeling and a very comfort stay - you get the best introduction to the Bangkok and general Thai culture that you could ever dream of! Very handy when trying to prevent tourist traps or your own faux-pas. Rooms are nicely decorated with attention to detail. You don't want to miss the home-made... More

Christopher and Nina (from the US) landed at midnight and arrived in the night on board of a dishonest taxi driver who pretended the meter was broken and wanted to charge them a expensive 500B (there is not so much traffic at night). I really despise this bad attitude which gives such a bad image of Thailand, right at arrival... More

What can we say ... it was a pleasure from the 1rst second to welcome Nirmala, an active and friendly young woman from Dehli, travelling solo in Thailand. As she stayed quite a long period with us, she had the possibility to discover, at her own pace, the many "off the tracks" places we know in Bangkok. Thai new year... More

Thank you Jacques for alle the advice, you are a walking travel Guide for Bangkok. Breakfast is the time Jacques explains you all you need and want to know about Bangkok. It 's also fun to meet fellow travellers during those morning sessions. We prolonged oud stay in Hansaah Bangkok, that's how much we enjoyed this hotel.

I stayed at Hansaah for my first nights in Bangkok, my first ever in Asia. Staying in Sathorn

Neighborhood Profile
Sathorn
Sathorn is Bangkok’s central business district, but here you’ll find much more than international banks and suited-up office workers. Take a stroll along the small alleys between the skyscrapers and you’ll find yourself among Bangkokians living life at a much slower pace. Feast on fantastic Thai food which you can find in the town-house restaurants, office food courts and sidewalk food stalls spread all over the area, especially around St. Louis Hospital. A visit to Sathorn is not complete without a drink at one of the glitzy sky bars perched atop its skyscrapers.
