My the forth time staying in Anantara but this hotel is weak on the daily room cleaning but have a nice view in their skylight Bar. An average hotel in BKK but below the expectations if it belongs to a boutique hotel group.

My first time staying at the Ananatara, only because the usual hotels I use were fully booked. I must say that upon arrival it looks quite impressive, I didn't check in until after 8pm, the lobby was very busy however checked in without too much delay. I booked a room with a double bed, I noticed that the room was... More

Stayed there for 6 nights with my family. On arrival we were upgraded to 2 bedroom suite and offered complementary welcome drinks at zoom sky- bar. Really nice! Overall room amenities were very good, clean and the hotel service was impeccable. Sky train is only 10 minutes walk from the hotel. And there is a family market close by where... More

We recently stayed 2 nights. For such a short visit it is not the most ideal choice of hotel. Lovely staff and nicely priced - for a one bedroom suite we paid $112AUD. But...it is a 15min walk to the train station, and there is nothing around the hotel except a mini mart. It looks like they get a lot... More

Fantastic room with great service. Jins bar is my favourite at happy hour, very helpful staff. Found a fantastic tailor next to the hotel called Anantaylor. Quality cloth, real cashmere suits at good price. Got a good deal on suit with extra pants, fast service and fitting. Would recommend as I look awesome in my new suit, excellent stitching.

Staff at check-in was very rude and not helpful at all trying to make issues instead of solving it.Internet is chargeable in the rooms so you need to go to the lobby to connect to the WiFi and even you have to ask reception to give you the code.Spa and restaurants are overpriced.Upon check-in I found hair on the bed... From Suvarnabhumi Airport, take the express train to Phayathai Station and changed to BTS towards Chong Nonsi Station. Walking out from exit 1, you will reach the hotel in 10 minutes. The hotel also provides a shuttle service between the station and the hotel. The breakfast is the usual international fare with thai noodles and porridge too. Next to the... More

This place is absolutely beautiful, as are the people that work there. They are helpful and eager to help. Breakfast was delicious, the pool was stellar, the Spa was too pricey, but probably very nice, and, I know this will sound strange, but the lobby smelled incredible. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here all four nights we vacationed in Bangkok.... More

It was our last trip here. Nice hotel. Cant imagine before but we got very huge room. Excellent service from all staff, especially reception Manager Mrs.Mantha. We loved breakfast on the executive floor. We did not book Executive benefit but she offered breakfast on private floor for our family. We will back to Thailand again and very sure that we... More
