I have spent few nights in this hotel. I found some nice things as accomodation itself, staff was friendly and helpful. I did try some massages which were really nice. I was really happy with tours organised by hotel. Area is good in general, but the street where the hotel is is pretty ugly.

i have been here twice and totally satisfied i stayed with my wife once for 5 days and once for a week great location, not so close to the bars and crowd , still you have a free electric car that takes you there, quiet and clean, great swimming pool where you can have your breakfast and swim the room... I found the front desk staff fairly helpful and being allowed to leave extra baggage behind was a nice service. The hotel rooms are decent size but the air conditioning and mini fridges are very noisy and half the rooms over look the machinery and fans. The hotel owners appear not putting any money into upkeep as several card lock... More

Stayed here for 1 night, booked it same day, when i arrived they had upgraded me to a junior suite, it was quite pleasant but, the shower didnt work, or was too difficult to work out, there was also a bath with a shower, so it wasnt a great problem. I asked for an early morning taxi at 8.45am. At... More

Initially I wanted to write a bad review about this hotel, but what the hotel did for me on my last day, was commendable. Bad points: 1) It's located deep inside the "red light district" of Bangkok. Though you won't be affected by the noise and crowd from the bars, you will be affected by the crazy heavy traffic going... More

The hotel is located a fair walk up Soi Nana. About 15 minutes from sukhumvit road. The hotel is located in a quiet soi tucked away. Therefore the surroundings are fairly peaceful for Bangkok. The hotel is fairly modern in the lobby area. Checked in no problems. The staff at reception were OK. Nothing special to report. On entering the... More

Disappointed. I really don't understand why people give such good reviews and ratings. Hotel staff was not friendly at all. We weren't even greeted with a "hi" or even "good morning". It's like we owe them big time. The room was really stuffy when we first came. You may be awaken in the middle of the night by the noise... More

Price was not too bad however the place is pretty run down, noisy air con and random ants running about the mini bar. The Tuk Tuk was advertised as free for people to get to and from the hotel since it's a 10 min walk through the red light district to get to the main road however it is rarely... More

I stayed at the boss suites for a week. It seemed like a good hotel it was clean. There were also major flaws with my room. First thing is they advertise there is a safe in the room which there was a spot in the closet that used to have a safe, but it was missing. It looked as it... More

Noisy aircon, corridor . Front office staff refused to understand why want interconnecting rooms because are are a family of 4 who shared luggages. The interconnection rooms offered were not satisfactory.
