The hotel is on a side street. This was a bit disconcerting at first glance because it's not an attractive side street but it's also good because the main street is busy and would be loud. My first impression was that the front door and desk could use cleaning, the place looked grubby. The room rate was really inexpensive. They... More

Many times coming into Bangkok from the US you get in very late at night with no way to get a connection flight for ongoing travel until the next day. After twice sleeping in the terminal/Starbucks and once paying $150 for the Novotel, I had enough. Searched for airport hotels and saw the good reviews on this place. The key... More

We stayed at The Cottage for 1 night in order to be near the Airport for our home flight the next day. This was a cheap hotel in the city of Bangkok. The hotel had a small pool and sunbathing deck, with red bean bags (which need a refresh!). Wi-fi cost 100 Bart for 5 hours, which I feel is... More

The reception staff were great and friendly. The room ( corner room) was clean, nice and airy. Balcony makes the room look nicer. Bathroom is basic. However, this may not be a Brand new hotel as stated in their website as you can see some dirt marks on the hallway by the elevators - must be from the suitcases. But... More

We have become regulars at this hotel for early morning flights out of Bangkok or late night arrivals. I would not stay here if I was on holidays and wanting to see the sights but it offers a terrific service/package for the airport. The shuttle is very efficient at picking up and dropping off. It takes so little time from... More

Unexpectedly I had to spend a night alone in Bangkok, between flights, and found the prospect rather daunting. I needn't have worried. This little hotel proved to be the answer. With a free airport collection and delivery service with very clear instructions it was completely stress free. I was made to feel so welcome both at the airport and arriving... More

After a long flight we booked this motel for 1 nights stay and then travelled into Bangkok the next day. We arrived at 1am and the transfer from the airport to the motel was very very helpful. Also the room and people were very nice. A great place to stay in for one night! Would recommend to anyone who arrives... More

Airport transfers worked perfectly. Very friendly staff at reception .Lobby area outdated with filthy sofas. Rooms small but functional, curtains dirty and dusty, balcony doors full of fingerprints. Pool area not very attempting, big red cushions sunburned with birds dirt. Breakfast ok. Overall impression hotel needs refurbishing, facelift and more attention on cleaning. Cheap option for one night stay.

We spent one night here upon our arrival to Bangkok. The shuttle driver/ rep was not wearing a tan sit as we we were told so it took its a little longer to find him. The room itself is ok. Someone walked us to our room and checked the room with its upon arrival. They noticed housekeeping had left a... More

At a quarter of the price of the airport Novotel, this is a reasonable alternative for a quick stopover - 5 minutes drive from the airport and near an airport link stop for the city. Rooms are small and basic, the bedroom is nice enough but the bathroom is small and old with a very basic shower without much pressure... More
