We came to bangkok via india. Good climet. Hotel is very clean and staff is very helpful. Overall good experiance. Upto mark 5star hotel with 7star service. Must stay in this hotel if in bangkok. Hotel is located in good location. Very good city to be in.

Wow, what a great hotel. Rooms were large and comfortable. The pool and view was spectacular. The massages were awesome. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great location and by the Chit Lom BTS station, too. We would return in a heartbeat.

The Renaissance is an excellent city hotel. Well located in the business section and close to the air train. The people were very helpful; the rooms were well taken care. The great thing about this hotel is what other have complained about. No kids in executive lounge is a good thing as is the fact that hotel sits back from road which minimizes street noise and security.
