Our accommodation got thrown in for free with our flights. Stayed in Pattaya for 6 nights then Bangkok for an early flight. Room overcome with cigarette smoke during the night, rolled so a towel and put against the door till morning. Wasn't comfortable at all. Complimentary water wasn't good, no 7/11's close to hotel! Food in restaurant ok. Not again!

It is the most horrible hotel I have stayed in for my whole life -Staff is not friendly at all .. we booked from booking.com and requested an early check in at 12 pm but when we arrived they insisted on checking in at 2 pm -Room is too old .. no city view -Bed is very hard as if... More

Stayed in a suite at this hotel for 4 nights (left a day early due to the bad points) and found the marketing info very misleading. Firstly we imagined a rather grand entrance on a Main Street. It's a corner property with a side entrance on a nondescript, busy dirty street in Bangkok. There are no good amenities nearby &... More

Had stayed at Miramar for 6 days as there was no alternative. This was nearest to where I had work and in Bangkok its so difficult to travel from far due to traffic congestions. Hotel gets business byt they dont know how to maintain the property. Bad rooms. Small toilet & bathrooms. One restaurant where no one speaks English abd... More

I had to give this hotel an average score because while the rooms are big and it has a little living room, fridge, hot shower etc it isn't cheap and I found the breakfast quite lacking and the beds a bit hard. You have to pay extra for wifi in the room which I haven't had to do for much... More

This property is old and no wifi in the room. The corridors smell, and when i asked for a massage they made me pay before getting one. Not only that i had to up and down since the spa was closed when it was not supposed to be,basically i had to pay in advance for them to open the spa... More

This hotel was booked by Bangkok Saigon Travel as part of a group tour from Saigon. The hotel is dated, decaying and uncomfortable. The beds are rock hard, the towels are scratchy (no hand towels supplied). Air conditioning is noisy. No tea & coffee provided even though there is a vacuum flask in the room you can fill from an...
