We stayed for 2 night, after spending 3 weeks in Thailand, staying in 5 different hotels. Bangkok Natural Spa & Resort was definitely the worst. For starters the location is far outthe city centre, and to get a taxi back to the hotel was quite difficult as a lot of taxi drivers looked at the address and either just said... More

Upon check in the receptionists where both playing on their mobiles and eating crisps? They did not say one word to us or explain anything, they just called a different lady to show us where our room was (even she didn't speak a word). The corridors are really dark and we never saw one other guest in the hotel apart... More

I've stayed here in February and March for a day each with a friend because our motorbike rental agency was close by. So this was conveniently located between airport any city. The good: its back from Pattanakhan road, so faily quient. The room are very large, enough room to pack/unpack. Personnel is very nice, but that is a quality gerenally... More

This hotel has great potential in the hands of the right owner. The staff is amazing and does the best they can with the tools they've been given. The physical hotel is starting to show some wear and tear. There are light bulbs that are burned out in some of the public areas. Little things like this tell me that... More

We stayed for two nights in November 2011. Very stylish and relaxing place, really nice rooms (TV didnt work) as you would expect from a spa and the staff, were very attentive. Breakfast looked a little anaemic but tasted fine. For us it was to far from the city (30mins plus) although only 15mins from the airport.

We stayed here for 2 nights waiting to head home after a six week tour of Asia. Its a lovely hotel in general, very relaxing atmosphere, just what a spa should be like. However, it is a little rough round the edges, looks very tired from the outside and inside in places. The rooms are very nice, big beds, lots... More

After a hellish stay in Malaysia, regarding accomodation, small dingy rooms. Coming to Bangkok Natural spa, felt like stepping into a grand palace. Your greeted with genuine smiles and a Health drink. Rooms are big and spacious with views onlooking a peaceful garden setting. Its a real oasis within a busy hectic place such as Bangkok. I'm really glad i... More
