The hotel is located in the little soi before thonglor 7. I personally have a house in Bangkok but a bit far from town that's why i choose this hotel for its location. The room is nice and clean but do not expect much as you got what you paid. Breakfast is limited; cheap coffee, two choices of cereal, bread... More

Most importantly, the location. Its actually a pretty long walk from Thong Lo station, and walking at night back to the hotel isn't a pleasurable experience. Will suggest to cab instead, it is cheaper to cab if you have 3 or more people, its surprisingly cheaper than taking a train. But the traffic jams are sometimes a good enough reason... More

Well, I booked an online room . It´s a little alley between soi 5 and 7 on Thong Lo. Around 15 minutes walking from the BTS. Easy to find. The thai tall recepcionist is the worst ever. I don´t know how can she work with services. Bad mood all the week I was staying . Never answered my questions, she just... More

Having stayed in another Nantra hotel before, I expected a similar experience. Was I wrong ! The rooms are misrepresented online. You don't get what you expect. Beware. But what bothered me most was the rudeness of the staff. Especially the people working the night shift were amazing. They were always busy looking tv, never ever smiled or greeted us... More

I booked and paid for a room through a travel site and the room we paid for was advertised as standard room with queen sized bed. Even after I paid I called the hotel to confirm and again they said my room had a queen sized bed. What we found when we arrived is that their definition of a queen... More

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The woman at the reception was so rude. The standard bed is small, only room for 1 person so we asked for an upgrade& the walls/room were dirty and filthy. There was also cockroaches in our room. The next day I was eating breakfast in the lobby and the staff member said... More

This is best eco friendly hotel. Every thing is walking distance. Nice restaurant, people. I always stay here. I feel like this is my another home at Bangkok. Staff is very friendly. Although they are poor in English but you get all the information you are looking for.

Had an argument with one of the rude staff(male) at the receptionist counter. He had an attitude problem and is extremelty rude. Raised his voice when he was annoyed. i think he deserved to be sacked. sorry, i do not have a photo of him but please beware of a male receptionist. DIDN'T ENJOY AT ALL! rooms were small and... The advert on Agoda.com is a bit misleading when booking. Rooms are a bit shoddy with broken fixtures and poor water pressure. I suspect that the water pump was faulty. The bed sheets were old and washed out with holes and tears in the linen. The hotel mentions that breakfast is included but they fail to mention that it is... More
