It is near the airport which was good for us as we were on transit. The free shuttle service was ok but we had to wait a while for them to arrive. The massage was really good. Price was higher than outside but acceptable for a hotel

We got upgraded room for free. The room facility is good. The room looks very clean. The best is location near the airport. It is worth for your money. A little discomfort is a noisy sound at night when other guests open and close the door.

Once you get over the initial shock of the potent smell of mothballs in the old building and the " garbage " behind the reception desk, as well as the unfriendly check-in procedure, all is well. The BS Residence serves its purpose well as a transit hotel being only a five minute drive from Suvarnabhumi airport. We stayed here on our return from krabi as we had a lunchtime flight to the uk. The rooms are nice and clean and modern, aircon worked well, the pool looked good although we didn't use it.
