For 18€, myself and my friend found this perfect for a stopover in Bangkok. We flew to Don Muang and got the free shuttle service to suvarnabhumi and a short taxi to hotel (make sure you insist on meter) The hotel room was clean, had good aircon and was very comfortable. Breakfast was fine, not a huge selection. We didn't... More

The hotel is near the airport and therefore far from city. The hotel service is the poorest I have ever had on this land of smile. The bell boy was not helpful at all. They arranged the room in a messy way and the room was not the one I booked from hotels.com. Messy. Dirty!

My 9 year old daughter and I were flying from chiang mai to heathrow, but with an overnight stay in Bangkok as the flight to London was too early to get a same day connection through Bangkok. I booked us in at ‘The BS Residence’ primarily as it was advertised as being ‘less than 5 minutes from the airport’. It... More

Good airport hotel for a short stay. 5 mins drive from the Bangkok airport. we checked-in at 3AM and is was hassle free. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, service is good, swimming pool is nice Over all a good place for a stay in transit. Restaurant offers limited choice for breakfast but what more can u expect from a... More

On our recent trip to Bangkok we stayed at this hotel the night before our flight, as it was early morning and wanted to be nearer to the airport, rather than take a chance with the traffic from the centre of Bangkok. The hotel is good value, with a complimentary shuttle bus to and from the airport. The bed was... More

More

Recently returned to BS Residence since my last stay 12 months ago - last review here: http://www.tripadvisor.com.au/ShowUserReviews-g293916-d1486736-r160025429-BS_Residence_Suvarnabhumi-Bangko.html I pre-booked through Agoda a Superior with round trip airport transfer, no breakfast, at $26USD. I considered this a bargain. Pretty much most was the same since last time except I found the staff a bit friendlier this time around. I have read... More

Poor staff training, their limited english stuffed up my transfer. Rooms were ok but for $50 in Thailand could probably get better. Staff member waited awkwardly for tip when I said I didn't have smaller than $20 note and he wouldn't give change. Poorly run operation

I'd recommend his hotel for transit passengers. Located 5 min. Drive away from airport and a free shuttle, 30 minutes intervals. The newer rooms are big and clean. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Massage shower head. Very inviting swimming pool and free wifi. Price very reasonable.

The only good think I can say about this hotel is the free pickup from the airport. The rooms in the older part of hotel is disgusting. I had little ants all over the room. I had gold clubs and had to take them up to the third floor without the benefit of an elevator. The staff is very rude... More
