For a superior room, we expected a larger one. The furnishings were more dated than the images let on and it is a walk up. We would have prefered an elevator to the third floor room we had. The hallway noises (lots of coming and going) woke us up a few times.

Perfect!, booked on the Internet 2days before arrival, at c£29 (as opposed to the 'unnamed' hotel at Suvarnabhum asking £129!l), the communications/booking was excellent. The c10min bus transfer was 'spot on', polite/cutious/ helpful and efficient. The hotel is in an 'interesting' part of Bangkok, lots and lots of great Thai folk about and brilliant fish/Thai food selection, within 5min walk... More

Booked this hotel primarily due to location and for this it's perfect. The option of a shuttle can ride to the airport is great and will get you there in just over 10 minutes (leaving around 8am). The rooms themselves are basic but had everything we needed. It's also well located for restaurants along the street. Would stay again.

After 48 hours travelling we obviously loved our bed. In general it's a good hotel for the price, nice room, breakfast was OK, the WIFI was good, and the service was good. They picked us up at the airport and bringed us back to the airport for free.

We stayed at the Mariya for one night as we had an early morning flight and didn't want to worry about getting across Bangkok. It was a great hotel for the location & price. There isn't an elevator so we were pleased to only be on the first floor - especially as we had heavy bags, and the bathroom was... More

I was looking for an airport hotel and not willing to pay the US$220 a night for the Novotel at the airport. Sure it is only 150 yards from arrival but I found the Miraya Boutique Residence just five minutes away at a quarter of the price with a free shuttle back the following morning. The taxi fare was all... More

Pros: Close to BKK airport, shuttle service to airport, interesting places around to explore, clean room, price. Cons: Super thin walls. Heard everything in the rooms near me. A baby was crying for an hour at 4 AM. Spotty wifi, keeps dropping off.

A real gem, in a great location, 5 minutes from Bangkok International Airport. The Positives: Communication prior to arriving was first-rate and fast. Shuttle Bus was there within 3 minutes of me arriving at the arrivals hall. Location is 5 minutes' drive from the airport. Check-in seemless and one of the staff carried my heavy case to the third floor... More

For the second time we were very happy with this hotel. The airport transfer is perfect, they even organize a taxi if the mini bus is busy! Yes, this is not a hotel where you would want to spend your holidays but is offers everything you need for a perfect stopover, very friendly staff, nice restaurants in the neighbourhood (not... We stayed here before a morning flight departure from Bangkok to the UK. We had transferred across from the old Don Muang airport & although our flight had been delayed the representative from the hotel was still there to meet us. We did have to hang around a bit for the transfer bus as I think they were waiting for... More
