Area Besides the Hotel is pretty Descent. You have a Seven11 outlet very close to the Hotel. Hotel Lobby and the Restaurant besides it looks pleasing but Rooms are just Ok. Service is a bit Slow. Housekeeping Staff lacks Sharpness. Cleanliness a issue as well. Breakfast and Food is pretty Good.

Wonderful. This is a well placed hotel with reasonable rates located within walking distance from Victory Monument BTS Station. You are greeted with a cold lemongrass drink along with a wet towel to make a great first impression for me. The staff are polite, I appreciate the quiet surrounding as it faces the Suansanthisab Park. It is also popular with Mainland... More

The staff were polite. They serve a nice lemongrass cocktail drink & the whole hotel smells of lemongrass. If you can't tolerate lemongrass smell please don't stay here. The hotel is quite old although the rooms are somewhat clean. Be prepared with some mosquito repellant especially if you plan to sit at the lobby. The nicest thing is the park... More

This hotel was just perfect, we were extremely pleasantly surprised and would recommend it to anyone. The best parts: - price - location: 5 minute walk or less to the Victory Monument sky train which gives easy cheap access to the whole city. This hotel is easily accessible, and away from all the hooplah in other busy parts - breakfast:... More

We spent some surprisingly pleasant days at this hotel. The location overlooking a lush green park is a great asset because it feels quite removed from Bangkok's traffic chaos. The airline train is a 15 minutes walk away, there are some nice restaurants, streetfood stalls and shopping places around. The staff is very nice and breakfast is fine, although Western... More

I have stayed at this hotel 6 times in recent years, and unlike many hotels in Bangkok, Royal View just keeps getting better. Since my first visit they have remodelled the lobby and restaurant area, improved the breakfast, as well as the general menu. The one thing that never changes is the friendliness of the staff, who always make a... More

Just been to Bangkok and touring in Thailand and used the hotel on 2 occasions for 3 nights each time. Would rate it as a good quality 3 star hotel. Stayed in a 4 star hotel last year with more facilities and it was plusher but preferred the Royal View as service was more friendly. Excellent check in with cool... More

It was a relief to arrive at this beautiful little hotel in the midst of chaotic Bangkok. The staff were friendly, smiling, welcoming, and spoke English. They served you a special, and delicious, cooling ginger drink upon arrival. The room was quiet, cosy, clean, and comfortable. The room was cleaned and serviced daily. The only problem may be the bath/shower... More

This hotel is my next option after mandarin. BUT! They never failed to amaze me on its service. The staff smiles as always esp Chok Dee our receptionist. We check in early and theyre very accomodating with it. Also gave us a very nice ginger ale as welcome drink with cool towel to freshen us up after a long walk... More

Recently stayed here for 3 nights with my girlfriend to kick start our first international holiday. In short the hotel was very nice and clean with friendly staff. The surrounding streets are very loud, busy and dirty but once you step inside the hotel grounds you immediately forget this and are greeted with a very luxury looking lobby. The only... More
