If you are looking for luxury i wouldn´t recommend this place, But if you are looking for a guesthouse in a more quiet back alley closeby the trainstation and China town, this is the place. Rooms are indeed made out of wood and there will be some noise. The toilet and common shower are very clean and ther is a... More

The good: quite clean, very cheap, central, free use of kitchen. The bad: noisy, light everywhere, zero privacy. When I arrived, the owner insisted that there were no self contained rooms in the neighborhood, which is rubbish. For 20 USD they are available. This one s only 10, but it felt like waist of money cus I only slept 3... More

As I arrived I see some bugs walking over my bed. When I checked google it was clear: bedbugs. After I read the Reviews on TripAdvisor I recognized that I am in the same Room as another reviewer was: Room 22 so they offered me an clearly infected Room... Not cool Stay away!

we arrived very late at the central station, and had made a reservation 2 days before to be sure to have a place to stay late at night (at the time political situation in the capital was quite instable)--the staff simply decided to cancel our reservation in the morning and to give away the room, although we made our late... Whilst this place could certainly do with some modernising, we really enjoyed our stay here. The man that runs the place is really friendly and kept giving us free water. There are cheaper places in the area but the ones we looked at were not nice at all.

Clean, friendly service and great location near Bangkok's main station of Hua Lampong, easy access to both airports but on the expensive side. Great street food nearby also. Air con double room with shared bathroom was valued at 690 baht per night - could almost definitely find cheaper elsewhere. Room and bathroom were spotless though!

Contrary to other reviews, my partner and I found this guest house perfect for what we were looking for. We had a very early train to catch to the Cambodian border and after a quick check of Lonely Planet we headed straight over and grabbed a room for the night. Yes, rooms are entirely made of wood and yes, the... More

Thats what I thought when I first checked the place out, it was almost midnight so beggars can't be choose, only come here if you are desperate. Paid 300 b a night, rooms are small but clean, the shared bathroom is very basic.

It seams that things have radicaly changed in this guesthouse since the last edition of Lonely Planet which prises "homey setting and warm, personal service" - there is not a trace of that, probably the guesthouse has changed the owner meanwhile. We have reserved two rooms over internet and confirmed the reservation by phone, but when we arrived, nothing was... More
