My title summarized it all. The room price is reasonable and the location is great. The interior is a unique blend of old classic with some contemporary feel. A drawback is the light in the room is very dim but the overall experience for me was good but the. Nothing to complain and nothing to shout about.

The staff had very terrible attitude throughout the stay with their hotel. On the 2nd day, the card key was not working. I request the front desk to re-issue card to me she did not do it properly have to make multiple trip to my room to test the key card. I was so piss off and I request the... More

I booked this hotel because of the price. If it were expensive, then this is a definite miss. Lets start with the good points first. The decor of this hotel is quirky but artsy. The room layout is great and of good size with natural light shining through (at least that was my room). Now the downside. 1. The location... More

I've stayed in Bangok about 6 times over the past 3 year and have tried a number of different places. I found this pretty good overall. I might have rated it lower, except that I found the staff very friendly and helpful, particularly the girl who works at the front desk during the daytime, who I assume is the manager.... More

Driver got a little lost looking for the hotel, it's not the easiest hotel to find but not hard to locate after you get there once. they provided shuttle tuk tuk ride to asok bts/mrt station, really friendly and super helpful staff, helped us get cabs and directed the driver too. was given a complimentary upgrade to a suite with... My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel after we had booked online. The room was ok (clean but nothing fancy), but the breakfast which we had payed for in addition to the room price was an absolute joke: a few pieces of white bread and a toaster along with two types of cheap jam. That was pretty much it!... More

Hotel is nice in good location. Wifi is ok maybe 2 minutes every hour. Shame on You Fusion Suites, free wifi, kiss my axx. More lights into elevator and room. Shower is very difficult to use because of tube and glass wall.

The reception is a disaster...............if you arrive early they do not budge and lend you a room...they do not give you a room even at 11 am .and ask for half day charges.....Had booked a delux room ,its good but dimly lit....no room service at alll. Language barrier is the worst problem here.....Location is good but many better hotels nearby.are... More

Me and my girlfriend arrived after having a terrible experience with "hotel68" we have stayed in numerous hotel over the past month but nothing like 'The Fusion Suites' Upon arrival after a 2 hour taxi ride, hot and annoyed we were greeted at the door with big smiles. The hotel is cozy , functional and affordable. Very close to the train to the airport. Close to Sukumvit ( main drag in Bangkok ). The service in the hotel , very friendly. That will be my hotel in the future, when traveling to Bangkok.
