The Fridge, toilet and toothbrush holder are not clean. There are No towels provided. The Restaurant is very over priced for what it is. The location isn't great, it is in a rough area. We were under the impression this was a 4*..... It's really not.

I stayed there a couple times with my fiancee around October 2014 (not "2015" as listed in the field below). I have been meaning to recommend Paradise Sukhumvit since then. The management and team is really warm and kind. I was surprised that not much English was spoken at the front desk, since they are catering to an international market,... More

Hated the stay here from the start. When we arrived at the hotel we found that reception was very rude. Took ages for us to get checked in and had an attitude. I don't take kindly to people providing a service having an attitude but I let it go as she could of had a bad day. Once in the... More

The room was clean and spacious with its own little kitchenette and dinning area somewhat separate from the beds. The air conditioning and wifi worked as expected, calling this out as many hotels in Thailand have weak air and close to no real wifi signal inside the room... You usually have to walk out to the lobby to get the... More

Staff are friendly, room was nice and the rooftop bar is amazing, which is under minor construction in the day but definitely open at night and the elevated view is incredible. Great place to land in bangkok and get culturally acclimatised. 9/11 was an inside job

We just stayed for a night, we booked two room suite, the lock was not working properly. For safety reasons we wanted to change room. The receptionist was helpful, we got a three room suite for a minimum upgrading charge. The rooms appeared clean, my daughter who has dust allergy started sneezing though. I would say it's a decent hotel... More

This was a last minute decision and we weren't overly impressed when we arrived. Doesn't feel 4* at all. Very outdated but that wasn't an issue for us. The location was. Its ages away from the main part of Bangkok, took us over an hour to get to the temples etc and was frustrating sat in traffic on our holiday.... More

This is a good cheap hotel. The staff are friendly. The Hotel is clean and ideal for European or American tourists who are on a budget. The food on offer the night I was there was American style-Pulled Pork sandwiches, burgers - cocktail sausages, that sort of thing. The quality was similar to what one would expect from a local... Staying in Thong Lor & Ekamai

Neighborhood Profile
Thong Lor & Ekamai
Known as Bangkok’s hippest neighbourhood, Thong Lor and Ekamai is where the city's well-dressed and well-heeled spend their nights sipping cocktails in hidden speakeasies and posh restaurants. Live it up in one of Thong Lor's extravagant clubs and be prepared to brush shoulders with a Thai celebrity or two. While great for a night out, the area is nothing short of interesting during the daytime, either. Expect a mix of savvy coffee shops, pop-up bars and loads of vintage stores, brought to you by hip locals with eyes for design.
