Very close to the BTS so you can go everwhere in Bangkok Area easily and cheap! I didnt find any difficulty to find this guest house after arriving at Bangkok. After go around Bangkok -by walking/BTS, of course- and you feel getting tired, you can find Thai massage place easily before going back to guest house. The staff are very... More

very near bts - 5 minutes walk, cosy front desk, renovated front desk and stairs (not the rooms), large rooms, clean bed, very basic, air-con is crappy, suspect carpet is not chemically treated, small safe in room below beside table but safe can actually be removed physically, insufficient cloth hanging rack/hook, need a larger room waste basket, no room cleaning... I chose to stay at Padi Madi based on value. The location of the guesthouse is key, it's literally at the foot of the Thong Lo BTS. Sukhumvit 38 has decent street food. A nice Thai massage shop is located a few shops into the soi. Checking in was a breeze as staff are bilingual in Thai and English. A... More

Go for the deluxe room the extra 250 a night it's 100% worthit. The regular rooms are quite damp and the aircon is pretty crappy. There's a fee great bars in the area and thong lo BTS station is directly outside. Great value and the staff are pretty helpful too.

Although not to close to the downtown but the location is very near to thong lo bts station. In the evening you can walk to sukhumvit soi 38 to try street food. For moslem, the choices of food there are limited, but there are 24 hr supermarkets. In the morning, you can also find morning street food stalls along the... More

The location is excellent - steps from Thong Lor Skytrain but the downside is the noise from Sukhumvit road which is constant 24hrs a day and is so loud it got through my industrial earplugs. First time that's happened anywhere in the world! It desperately needs double glazing. There aren't really curtains either, just thin poorly fitted blinds so sleep... More

Love this place . Very simple but with taste . Close to all the night life and enough quiet to give a good night sleep .the bed is very comfortable . I had a great time overall. The minus point you don't have breakfast but you have so many place to have good and cheap breakfast in Bangkok that is... More

I spent two nights here having just come from a 4-star hotel the night before and this place offered everything you needed, at a much lower price. The rooms were fine, had a working air-con and a bathroom (average quality but everything worked). The location is perfect just a brief walk from the BTS or a main road with heaps... More

The room was spacious and clean enough but there was a terrible smell emanating from the bathroom. I don't think this is the fault of the hotel because the area in general had that smell. The location is excellent, just outside the Thong Lo BTS stop. The shower was adequate. If you're planning on checking in after midnight, send them... More

Stayed for 4 nights in budget fan room. Easy to find, but if you're looking for Pink Guesthouse, look for large Padi Madi sign, as Pink Guesthouse is on the 5th floor (walk up 2 flights, long walk down corridor then up 2 more flights). Staff is just friendly enough but you won’t get much out of them without asking.... More
