We were very satisfated with this accomodation,we had superior double room for two nights, everthing was clean, room was small, not sunny, but still fine. We lived above the restaurant and bar, but there was absolutely no noise in the evening and night in our room. The staff was very friendly. Food very tasty. We can only recommend this living.

The rooms are small but clean. Location is good, but the front desk person is not polite. Also I left my wallet in the room which one bothered in returning it to me in spite of me still being in the restaurant downstairs having breakfast. Good thing the wallet only had a few bucks in it in local currency.

Travelled south East Asia for 9 weeks and stayed in several hotels and hostels. I have never written a bad review and never felt bothered to but the staff at reception were some of the rudest, most dismissive and angry people I have ever come across. The room had no windows or bathroom but I only paid 600 baht a... More

Once again, we did not get a chance to stay here, but this review is for their restaurant downstairs; Sawasdee Terrace; in which we patronised twice this time and enjoyed the good selection of music and cocktails!

THE ROOM The room was old and small but was clean enough. THE HOTEL BUILDING The hotel building as great as it had a busy restaurant and bars downs stairs as well as a travel agent that can help you with tours. No elevators but not many stairs. THE LOCATION Close to Khaosan road, bars and restaurants. 10 minute walk... More

The rooms are basic and small but just what you need, they offer rooms with private bathrooms, aircon, wifi. Lovely food in their big restaurant. Just across the road to khao san road so very close to all the shops, restaurants and bars. All reasonable prices. Only thing we didn't like is there is no lift so have to carry... More

We came to stay at this place after seeing a really horrible guest house where we had made a booking but did not stay there. The rooms were not very large but were ok. It appeared to a little pricey for the cost of 700 bath but as we had already seen a worst place so we settled here. The... More

Amazing food and excellent staff, cocktails are delicious, I recommend the Chinese style beef to anyone as its not a dish you will get everywhere. Aka pat pick thai dam 👌 good to see the staff smiling so much really makes for a happy time and it helps to smile back and you'll get a lot more

No noise (but there's a bar on the ground floor blaring loud music till 2am, no visitors meaning no such thing as bringing your friends up for a chat, no breakfast for a room that is 700 over baht, no smoking even if u smoke at your balcony toilets which has open windows overlooking the streets below with your balcony... Location of this hotel is really great. You can walk just a few minutes to Khaosan road and Phraartit road which are attractive places. But this hotel doesnt have elevator and it's quite old tiny room and only windows in a bathroom which has only curtain cover it. Wifi didnt work and Receptionist was terrible.
