Checked in early in the morning and was told that it was a no smoking hotel, great I do not smoke. Went to the room and it stank of cigarette smoke, slept a while and went down to reception and told them to do something as I was going out. Five hours later returned and nobody had touched my room and the smell was still very present. Funnily enough a train the trainer meet was happening for their staff in the baquet area!!!
Anyway had enough, paid for one night, even though I didn't stay for one, just couldn't be bothered to argue, and checked out and went the Dawin next door, great hotel. more
