I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The staff are really friendly. Besides, it's near to Chong Nonsi BTS Station, and its really convenient to go anywhere. Apart from that, you can go for massage and there is no extra charge if you get massage in your own room.

Stayed here for the fourth and last time in November, the place in not being maintained and is going down hill. Breakfast which used to be great with a guy serving fresh cooked eggs is now 2/10 at best. Booked a none smoking room but they only had smoking left which stank ! Moved directly across the road to I... More

My stay at the Heritage BKK was one of the worst I have experienced in traveling to Thailand for the past 10 years. In fact, I will never stay here again and am in process of having my Bank deal with them for a double charge to me as well. They messed up our prepaid reservation and did not have... More

It could be lovely, the staff and the bellboy are. The first room we were put in faced a concrete wall and was really miserable, the second the air conditioning was so loud, the third was fine. Good location, average breakfast. Again, two men travelling together seem to be thrown into any old room no matter of the price we... More

Yes , the previous reviews of the heritage hotels overbooking and making you change hotels is true ! After travelling all day we tried to check in only to find out that our room was "broken" and we would *HAVE TO SWITCH HOTELS*Minor setback, but we agree and wait for the "shuttle". As we are waiting we see about 5... More

Window didn't close properly, air condition was so loud you could just sleep with earplugs, room was dirty and the pool out of order (since one year). The breakfast isn't worth to mention. Coffee wasn't filled up. Used cups were still on the table after room service. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel!!!
