The spa is amazingly well located.Bang opposite the Asoke BTS station. The receptionists are awful.Very condescending behaviour. The quality of treatments have reduced. The massages are clean but you come out with a feeling of not having had the best massage.

When I arrived in Bangkok, I was feeling jet-lagged and I decided to go to a very popular Spa in Nana to cure my jet-lag. When I arrived, they told me that they removed the jet-lag treatment so I opted for an oil massage instead. I found out quickly that this couldn't compensate for a proper jet-lag treatment so I... Handy locations beside BTS Asok & Phrom Phong make these attractive spas to visit. We've been coming here regularly for the last 2 years. Initially we we very satisfied by the clean premises, helpful staff, skilful therapists and great value for money. Sadly, our last few visits have convinced us that it's time for a change. The spa has outgrown... More

We wanted to be sure that the massage was authentic so we were recommended Urban Retreat. We were not disappointed as it was very clean, efficient and good value for money. We has one and a half hours of the Thai massage, and at 600 Bahts we can't complain about the price given the foot bath, clean room clean apparel... More

Rather then spending money at some of the smaller 'massage' businesses, do yourself a favour and head to urban retreat at ask. It's great!! Be warned though, you can't just rock up- you need an appointment as it's usually so busy! All therapists that I saw were great, but the master of all is Aor (p1). If you can book... More

Urban Retreat Spa, BTS Asoke Station, Sukhumvit Road, Bangkok 10110. This is one of the better massage and spa places in Bangkok, it is very clean and tidy and each massage room has its own shower. The showers are clean and large so a westerner can easily fit into the cubical and shower with ease. The masseurs’ are all well... More

I had been to the Urban Retreat spa for a Thai massage and I wasn't disappointed. Location wise it's accessible from the sky train - BTS Asoke is the nearest station. It's just a minute walk from hotel Park Plaza where we were staying. They have an elaborate list of different massages and a host of time options as well... More

Location: 5/5 It is conveniently situated right next to the Asok BTS exit. Extremely good location especially for tourists who don't really know their way round Bangkok. Ambience: 4.5/5 Clean and neat decor. Kind of a like a white and grey coffee shop on the outside. Nothing fancy. Each room has its own showers but you have to walk past... More
