Probably the worst hotel I've stayed in over the last 10 years of travel. Hard beds with plastic mattress covers - I hate to think why. Horrible food at the restaurant. We decided to go hungry. Even the rice was ordinary. Rattling air conditioning - noisy enough to keep me awake most of the night. And the worst part is... More

We just stayed at this place for about 8 hrs between flights as it beats sitting around the airport. A free round-trip airport transfer was included. Getting picked-up was no problem as we saw our name on a sign being held by the driver and getting back to the airport was the same 10 minute ride. Free Wi-Fi was also... More

This hotel was absolutely fine. They pick you up at the airport and bring you over to it whenever your stay is over. The check in was quick and pain-free. The room was clean and comfortable. Great a/c. We even got a kitchen and a balcony! No complaints at all. It's not luxurious but it's got all you need to... More

Stayed here for just a night, arrived at 2.30 but couldnt find the hotel representative at the airport.so had to call and they responded quickly by sending both car and representative in 10 mins. Hotel is around 10-12 mins away from airport. Arrival area had a very rotten smell may be of ?Durian. Inside lobby was clean, staff helpful, check... More

There was some confusion with the shuttle pickup at the airport. I was told near gate 5. However, when redirected to gate 4 I found a large sign with my name and then an efficient transfer to the hotel. Driver even offered for me to buy food if I wished as I would not have time to go out to... More

transfer arrangements from BKK were exceptionally good. man with board directed guests to holding area, took everyone outside when shuttle arrived. about 10 minutes of grand prix style driving to hotel which is in a bit of a backstreet with canal alongside. efficient check in, very friendly desk clerk. room large but basic. big bed which was reasonably comfortable. efficient... My wife and I stayed overnight at the end of April. At the airport there was no sign of the "meet and greet" at the airport and we had to wait some time at the appropriate area until someone turned up. Not a big problem for us as we transit through Bangkok often but for a "first timer" it would... More

Nice little hotel with free transportation at a good price. We stayed just a few hours and had to connect the next morning. I was hoping for a ice cold room when we arrived but that was a fantacy. All the hall way windows and doors were open and the room a/c shuts off if not occupied so we basically... More

The rooms were very spacious and it included a kitchenette and refrigerator. The staff was friendly and a nice simple breakfast was included. You could easily stay comfortably in the room several days. There is a small mall with lots of food options just a 5 minute walk away. The free shuttle to the airport makes this great and there... Stayed on a short 13 hour layover. The hotel offered a Great value, large rooms, convenient, and friendly staff. Pickup and drop off makes it even more convenient. Wish I had more time for a massage, though.
