Not a bad place. Not many restaurants about but many just crash here after a long flight. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. You won't regret stopping here considering how much they charge. It's close to the airport and ideal if you just need a crash pad.

The room is spacious and the price is reasonable. To make the hotel more attractive, I would like to suggest that the electric water heater should be changed to a centralized one or other bigger type. Thus, the travelers can enjoy a hotter more relaxing shower before going to other places!

This Hotel is totally run down.It was nothing as advertised. The room was scruffy, bed linen not white and had an old appearance, mould was found in the bathroom, dust everywhere. "Complimentary" water charged for at 60 bahts. Would not recommend or stay again. The area it is situated in is very dirty and smelly. Hotel was booked as an overnight... More

Picked up at airpot. Go past the exit, stay inside, roped area on left where minor hotels hold sign. On time pick up, on list. On time delivery back to airport next day. Clean, good service, comfy beds with too fat pillows. Restaurant okay food, good beer, surly waitress been there a long time. Good service, easy check in, will... More

My returning flight was at 6am in the morning, so staying close to the airport was the only viable option. It turned out to be a good one, thanks to Regent Suvarnabhumi. I enjoyed a one-day visit to the downtown, and a safe and cosy place to withdraw — a spacious and surprisingly quiet room with a little kitchen, an... More

When I checked the hotel's room from Agoda and their website, I was amazed by their room. The room was great. So I booked one room plus an extra bed. I was in suvarnabhumi airport at noon and continued our journey the next morning, so we took the room + transfer from and to airport. When we're in the van... More

The most BASIC and dirty hotel I have ever been in! We checked in for 4 hours sleep... Before a long haul flight tomorrow. The sink was dirty, there are heavy signs of wear and tear every where. Sink with lime scale all over, the shower was just so dirty I could not bring myself to use it!!!! Let alone... More

This hotel was great for us as we arrived in Bangkok around midnight. We were shuttled from the airport to the hotel where we spent a very comfortable night. We shall be using this hotel again when we finally return to the us. Hotel staff friendly and helpful.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and the price was right. I got what I expected. The airport transfer was there, a little hard to find but BKK is a very busy place. The check in went quickly, the room was basic but clean. The a/c worked, the shower had hot water and the internet... More

I waited 45 mins for the transfer, after spending a good hour trying to find the representative of the hotel. She stood with no sign except a 2 square cm logo of the hotel on her name badge. She didn't seem to apologetic either. A couple from Canada also waited and struggled to find the hotel pick up. The check... More
