This was a small hotel that was not very clean or comfortable. It is not at the airport and more in a run down neighborhood. The room was so hot and took the AC a while to cool down. The tiny kitchenette area was unpleasantly rundown and had a bad odor. The bathroom so small and not much hot water.... More

Run-down, poorly maintained and located at least 15 minutes from airport. Not convenient at all - except that it is only a couple of hundred metres from a Starbucks and Maccas. Our Thai host who is showing us around took us to another hotel down the street because the food at the Regent was so poor.

The hotel advertises itself as an airport hotel which is in fact misleading. It is a 15 minute drive away from Bangkok's airport so less well located for airport transfer than advertised. The beds aren't particularly comfy, the outer buildings are unattractive and the restaurant is quite miserable, basic and empty. Hotel lacks character

Regent is a good and cheap place to stay for a day halt as i touched bkk at 6 in the morning and had my connecting flt to perth at 12 in the night. the hotel rep was a bit difficult to find out at the meet point near gate 4 as the email fr the hotel clearly mentioned that... More

By choice out of town and close to airport. Staff friendly and helpful. Had to ask for tea/coffee in room. Strange "pantry" type room" adjacent to room, nothing in it apart from cupboards and larger type 'fridge. Little restaurant very homely and hardly patronised for dinner but food was OK. Breakfast Asian only with toast but OK. For the money... More

We had a flight that arrived in Bangkok at 8pm and our next flight wasn't until 9am the next day. The Regent had some good plusses. Free pickup and drop off. A MK Food court about a 10 minute walk away. An attached restaurant. The AC cooled our room down once we shut the door to the kitchen and bathroom.... More

I stayed here the night before my flight home - thank god it was only one night. The bed was harder than the floor and the pillow was an absolute joke. I didn't expect much from the room as it was cheap however I did expect the bed to be comfortable. I was grateful to get up at the crack... More

Booked a room for a two nights before heading home. Only good thing was the size of the room. Room it self was disgusting! It was full of bugs and faeses.... We had to kept our shoes on all the time and we couldn't sleep coz the bugs were all over. Even we had "do not disturb" sign on our... More

We stayed here just for an overnight. Major points here is the free shuttle service. If you book it correctly they'll wait for you at the Airport meeting point with your name and depending on the other pick up passengers, you'll have to wait 10- 15 mins for the car pooling. When you check in at the hotel, the staff... More
