By choice out of town and close to airport. Staff friendly and helpful. Had to ask for tea/coffee in room. Strange "pantry" type room" adjacent to room, nothing in it apart from cupboards and larger type 'fridge. Little restaurant very homely and hardly patronised for dinner but food was OK. Breakfast Asian only with toast but OK. For the money... More

So we stayed there for one night bc we had an early flight to catch. We payed 880 THB for a double room with aircon and hot water. I don't know in what places the people of the bad reviews stayed in in thailand but for that price what you get is realy worth it. They have a shutel picking... More

We had a flight that arrived in Bangkok at 8pm and our next flight wasn't until 9am the next day. The Regent had some good plusses. Free pickup and drop off. A MK Food court about a 10 minute walk away. An attached restaurant. The AC cooled our room down once we shut the door to the kitchen and bathroom.... More

I stayed here the night before my flight home - thank god it was only one night. The bed was harder than the floor and the pillow was an absolute joke. I didn't expect much from the room as it was cheap however I did expect the bed to be comfortable. I was grateful to get up at the crack... More

Booked a room for a two nights before heading home. Only good thing was the size of the room. Room it self was disgusting! It was full of bugs and faeses.... We had to kept our shoes on all the time and we couldn't sleep coz the bugs were all over. Even we had "do not disturb" sign on our... More

We stayed here just for an overnight. Major points here is the free shuttle service. If you book it correctly they'll wait for you at the Airport meeting point with your name and depending on the other pick up passengers, you'll have to wait 10- 15 mins for the car pooling. When you check in at the hotel, the staff... More

Best I can say: close to the airport in a silent street. Our two twin-rooms were worn out, with a brick-hard bed. No cups, no tea or coffee - before we asked for it. No bed-light - asked for a reading lamp, but couldn't get one. "Restaurant"?? No - but a small 'street-kitchen' in the corner of the parking-lot. Breakfast... More

Ok for what is, i.e. A pre flight bed near the airport with hourly free 15 min journey transport. We use it every time we leave Thailand. Service standard down a bit on previous visits. Breakfast a waste of money. Wifi free and works well.

Two stars only for the size of the room.. Massive!! So far away from center and all facility! Staff very unhelpful! They didn't speak English at all. If you wanna visit Bangkok not raccomend at all, shuttle bus Only for leaving, no room service. After The room The only positive notes is 2 minutes from The airoport!

Stayed for a night to catch a morning flight. Many rooms, clean and friendly. 5 min walk to some restaurants and food store, but in the middle of nowhere really. Rooms are large and with water boiler, fridge etc but no pots and pans. Can recommend for stayover.
