The hotel is located in a nice place, though if the room overlooks that busy street it might be kinda noisy if you like to open windows (smoking in my case). Nothing bad, and nothing really good can be said. Just another metropolitan hotel. The food is OK, but don't expect too much diversity. Good to stay here for 1-2... More

Stayed here last week for 2 nights. Centrally placed, near underground. Rooms basic. Breakfast not good. Great restaurant 5 mins to left of hotel. Bell boy ripped us with a trip to floating market. Organise it yourself!!!

I do not know where to start about this hotel, but I will try! The room was absolutely filthy and under the bed does not seem to have been swept for a year, there was old tissues, clumps of hair and cotton buds under the bed. The windows were filthy, and there were ants crawling about where the tea pot was.... More

Although the room was clean, it was very impersonal. I also noticed that the passage leading to the rooms was not really clean and furniture full of dust. We could not open the window and had so sleep with the air con all the time because it was very hot. Communication was really a problem with the hotel staff, there... More

We only stayed for 2 nights on our way to Phuket. The room was always nice and clean, but the beds were so hard and uncomfortable. Communication with most ofthe hotel staff was difficult and we got frustrated most of the time. It just felt very impersonal in comparison with our other hotels in Thailand. Also not too close to... We stayed here for 3 nights on our way to Pattaya to catch up with a friend in Bangkok. We stayed on the top floor in a nice modern room, clean and well kept my only worry was that we were right below the swimming pool on the roof. But at least it only took us a minute to walk... More

This hotel was average compared to the other hotels that we stayed at while in Thailand. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again if I ever returned to Bangkok. The only advantage was that the subway station was only a 5min walk from our hotel which made getting around easy. Our hotel room was clean and I can't complain about the... More

We stayed 2 nights in the hotel, prior to going to Phuket. We then stayed one night on the way back. Very central hotel. Staff very friendly (as most Thai people are). the rooms were clean. the restaurant served a decent breakfast. Taxis all over the city, Lovely clothing stores around (Robinsons and many others). The Hotel is massive, and... More

Initial impressions were favorable with a friendly greeting from door staff. Service at counter upon arrival was a little slow with some confusion over room allocations. Upon being given our rooms, when I went up to my floor the room was still being cleaned and was not ready. The housekeeper seemed a little embarrassed was was very polite and asked... More
