We stayed here for 3 nights on our way to Pattaya to catch up with a friend in Bangkok. We stayed on the top floor in a nice modern room, clean and well kept my only worry was that we were right below the swimming pool on the roof. But at least it only took us a minute to walk... More

This hotel was average compared to the other hotels that we stayed at while in Thailand. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again if I ever returned to Bangkok. The only advantage was that the subway station was only a 5min walk from our hotel which made getting around easy. Our hotel room was clean and I can't complain about the... More

We stayed 2 nights in the hotel, prior to going to Phuket. We then stayed one night on the way back. Very central hotel. Staff very friendly (as most Thai people are). the rooms were clean. the restaurant served a decent breakfast. Taxis all over the city, Lovely clothing stores around (Robinsons and many others). The Hotel is massive, and... More

Initial impressions were favorable with a friendly greeting from door staff. Service at counter upon arrival was a little slow with some confusion over room allocations. Upon being given our rooms, when I went up to my floor the room was still being cleaned and was not ready. The housekeeper seemed a little embarrassed was was very polite and asked... More

My friends and I stayed here for the last part of our holiday in Thailand. A very nice hotel with all the modern fixtures you need in the city. About a 10 minute drive with a taxi to the city center. Breakfast was very nice - a wide variety to serve everyone. The staff were very helpfull and friendly, nothing... More

came to visit friends for a day here and it was wonderful. staff are lovely and helpful, rooms are really nice and 'hotelly'... rooftop pool is nice and relaxing. It's a big and impressive building, very new. bad location, as its far from everything, next to a busy, big road but its 5 min walk from the subway station and... More

Stayed at the Bangkok Chada from the 28 Sep-01 October 2013. Hotel is ok-not that bad, rooms are clean (wish there was a balcony though-tends to get a bit hot and air corn not that great. The staff at reception when we checked in was lovely and helpful. Suggesting various places of interest we could visit. Overall it was not... More

We have stayed 3 nights. We were wrongly booked into smaller room, but staff changed that immediately and arranged everything with travel agent. Room was big enough and clean. Bathroom was bit basic and showed bit of age. Pool was nice and clean but access to it was bit poor. You had to walk through top floor which was under... More

Rooms were clean, staff helpful. Breakfast not great but served everything from fried rice to salads to bacon and eggs .although must say the chap doing eggs was not impressed if you wanted the eggs any different to what he presented!! We didn't have any dinners there so can't comment. We did have a very helpful taxi driver and didn't... More
