I stayed in 2 rooms during my trip because of a side trip to Malaysia. The rooms were large and clean and well appointed. I would call it a 3 star. The staff was friendly but the night crew doesn't speak a lot of English. Make sure you know exactly what your rate should be and whether or not it includes tax as there was confusion both times I checked in as to what my rate should be. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options. The atrium where breakfast was served has a single air conditioner so it was hot if you weren't sitting in front of the vent. The location probably isn't the best for most people. I don't think it was close to anything we did. My brother lived close by so that's why I chose the hotel. The majority of the patrons were Chinese and Japanese people on tours. more
