This is my second time staying at this hotel and I would only recommend it for a short stopover in Bangkok. Pros: great location, on rambuttri street close to khao san road, nice clean rooms with fridge, AC and DVDs player.lots of cheap food, massage and shopping nearby, nice but small rooftop pool, friendly staff, will let you store luggage... Location is good. Pool is nice. Rooms fairly vlesn. 7-11 downstairs. Overall Ok but the street us noisy every night until 2-3 in the morning. Had windows facing the street and needed earplugs to sleep. That would be the only complaint.

This is a place with a lot of noise outside. So if you go to bed late at night, it's ok. But remember to bring earplugs! Nice people in the reception. The location is very good and if you love Thai massage it's just outside the door.

Had two nights here. We found the room very small but clean. We thought the location was good . No problems with any of the staff they were all rather pleasant. Wouldn't really stay again just because of the room size.

I Love this hotel, it's in a great location, just off Kao San road, but so quiet and and friendly! Pool is nice on the roof just wish there was some shade. The bed was a bit hard but comfortable enough for £20 a night. I Would stay here again! Thank you

Good facilities, but wouldn't recommend, more rules than my mothers house! My friend (who wasn't actually staying there) wanted to use the bathroom and the receptionist would not give me my room key to allow us up.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. We were given two rooms which didn't match the description given by Booking.com. When I complained, the front desk guy was rude, shouted and blamed Booking.com for advertising a different price. The location of the hotel is terrible, very noisy. We had loud music every single night until 2 am. We don't... More

Background: We are a couple living in Thailand that travel through Bangkok frequently and have stayed in dozens of hotels in the city.Typically we stick to Sukhumvit or Silom but occasionally enjoy the Khao San area chaos. The good: The location is very convenient if you want the Khao San experience, the hotel is impeccably clean and there is an... More

To book this place was a huge misstake. We booked it for two days, arriving to Bangkok after a ten h flight from sthlm. The people at the reception was so unfriendly and acted like they hated you. The room had no window, so if your even a little bit claustrophobic you will probably freak out. It was a low... More

Around 850-1450 Baht depend the season (exclude breakfast). This hotel is well located and they have nice room, a little bit noisy because next to bar. The only issues for this place is = we must pay for the wifi.

Staying in Banglamphu

Neighborhood Profile
Banglamphu
While you’ll see skyscrapers in most parts of Bangkok, it’s the gilded roofs of ancient pagodas that adorn the skyline of Banglamphu, the city’s historical and most touristic district. Hordes of tourists flock to this area to tick quite a few must-see attractions off their to-do list, with the Grand Palace being the most spectacular of them all. Banglamphu is also home to Bangkok’s infamous tourist ghetto, centered around Khao San Road. Visit at night to feast on road-side pad thai, cheap beers and if you’re up for it, some dancing fueled by buckets of Thai whiskey.
