It's a good for star hotel with nice staff. The pool has sun for most of the day (most pools in bangkok don't). It's not cheap, but good value for money compared to some other hotels in the area that are really dives and only a bit cheaper (e.g. the Nana hotel) Giving a 3 for location as it is... More

I don't think this is the cheapest hotel possible IN BANGKOK, for south-east Asia standards, but if you had a room like this in cities like Mexico, Buenos Aires, Santiago, Sao Paulo, Rio, any US city, or any West-European city you would definitely be paying three times what you pay here. Hotel is new and you can tell by the... More

Stayed for 4 nights in March 2015. Nice hotel, good location for nightlife, excellent value. The good: Modern hotel, clean, close to Nana plaza and nightlife. Food was of decent quality although it could be better. Used hotel car service to and from airport - was pleased with this service. Bed was comfortable and relaxing. The bad: although the wifi... Have just returned from a trip to Thailand where we stayed in this hotel twice. We had originally booked elsewhere for our 2nd stay in Bangkok but we liked this hotel so much we cancelled the other one and returned here. The hotel is on Soi 4, off Sukhumvit Road and is close to both the Phloen Chit and Nana... More

The Dawin offers elegance, comfort, and luxury well above its price range. Located on the quieter end of Sukumvit Soi 4, the building itself is handsome and understated. Inside there is a nicely designed bar and lobby. The same relaxing brown and tan color scheme extends into the guest rooms. Though this is a medium sized hotel, the desk staff... More

stayed here for thirteen nights overall very good. rooms very clean and well maintained although aircon a bit noisy at night when sleeping but effective. reception and all staff very friendly and courteous. ideal location close to bars and street markets and skytrain. only slight downside was restaurant food a bit bland for our tastes and in comparison to street... I have stayed in this hotel for 3 nights during my transit from Mumbai to Sydney. Even though this hotel is close to the famous nana plaza area, it is still at a comfortable distance and quiet secluded which brings a reduced noise level especially in the evenings. You have a 24x7 reception and courteous staff. The breakfast served is... More

Stayed in the "suite room" on 7th floor, the one with a separate patio towards the pool. First thing I noticed when I came in to the room was that it's not very big, not for the price you pay. Second thing was that the cleaning of the bathroom was not very good, hair in the bathtub. Then in the... More

I have stayed at The Dawin numerous times in fact since it was built.I think it's maybe 5 years old now,it has only 7 floors, all rooms are the same except a couple of deluxe rooms on the 7th floor apart from a little more space not really worth the extra. Its very convenient for the notorious nightlife in soi 4.very helpful... We stayed two nights at the Dawin. It is well situated between two sky train stops. The rooms were clean and the hotel staff was great. Our room came with breakfast and we were offered different 8 plates to choose from and the coffee was pretty good too.
