On this particular business trip, I had a night layover in Bangkok. This hotel was being advertised as being at the airport, with shuttle service. When I arrived, I called the hotel to ask where to find the shuttle and was told to take a taxi and they would take care of the fare. It was roughly a 15 km... More

I was looking for something close to the airport, since I was arriving late at night after a very long day of travel. The hotel description and map led me to believe this hotel was down the street from the airport. I... More

this resort and service apartment felt like a small family run B&B instead of what it really is. it was very difficult to speak to the staff in english, but it must be said that they tried their hardest to help out. the ambiance just wasnt there and felt very unprofessional.
