I really enjoyed my stay here. Miss Kik was the the one who help me checked-in and she even escorted me all the way from lobby to my room. What an awesome personalized service and with her lovely smile I think is definitely worth to stay the 3rd times with them again.

Situated at prime location. The staff is very helpful, specially i would like to mention Ms Bunny as she helped us a lot to travel to near by areas. They have a free shuttle service to Sala Daeng which is a plus point to their service. I would definitely recommend this hotel in Silom area

Excellent view from room, smooth check in, nice location, good food but less options for vegetarian people. Rooms are compact but well maintained with excellent modern amenities. Would love to visit again.

We were guests at the Novotel Fenix silom from the 21st of Jan to the 25th of jan. The reception desk was very polite and kind. The room we stayed in was well equipped and very clean. The hotel is located in a decent area. We had a very pleasant stay. And Ms. Bunny was very kind and helpful.

Excellent service from the concierge to the reception to room service. Rooms were good sized and well maintained. A big thank you to Ms Kik for making our stay such an enjoyable one. We were upgraded to a King Suite (highly recommended) by her and was even given a local insight and recommendation of things to do and see around... More

Good location on Silom street and beautiful accoutrements. Decent gym, good breakfast. Great room stewards. Two negatives: 1) The elevator situation - not enough for the size hotel. Often had to wait awhile. 2) The hotel's tour office (partnered with the concierge service). Beware of the scams. My wife and I encountered one running out to Damnoen Saduak Floating Market... More

Dear atd616 Thank you for your feedback here on Tripadvisor. I am happy to read that you had a good stay overall. At the same time I am sad to read about your experience with that tour desk. Staying in Silom

Neighborhood Profile
Silom
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
