Booked 2 rooms at this hotel in the beginning of July, one for me and my friend. The process of checking in was not as smooth as it should have been and the hotel seemed to think that we only booked one room. It should not be too difficult to read the requests from our booking agency, but this problem... More

First we spent 20 min at the check in and after 3 times our room keys were still not activated. We asked a non smoking room but they give us a room at a smoking floor. We mentioned it but they did not bring any solution. Room are spacious but carpet is not clean. Resto quite small for such large... More

Thought I should try President Palace Hotel in Bangkok again, despite previous issues. The location is good, which is the main reason for booking a room there. However, check in went wrong again. Once again they had forgotten about my preference which I made very clear about when I booked the room. I was personally there when I made the... More

The size of the room was enormous compared to most rooms you get here in Asia. Very good variety of programming on the tv. Wifi was very good as each room has its own modem So many things are close by ! BTS is 5 minutes walk. I would come back here any day.staff was also very nice and helpful

The location of this hotel was fantastic and value for money very good. On the downside the rooms need upgraded. The settee in ours was worn and stained however cleanliness of the room was fine. Hotel also secure. Breakfast Buffet just OK - no advice given beforehand that we could have requested omelettes/ fried eggs etc. too late by the... More

Stayed in the President Palace with my wife for 4 nights whilst visiting Bangkok recently. This was easily one of the best hotels we stayed in on our whole trip to Thailand. Hotel was immaculate, with staff on hand at check in to take bags to the room for us. We requested a high room and had great views of... More

Great place to stay,Neat and clean rooms. Big rooms. Breakfast is decent with mix of both thai and continental. Staff is very very courteous. It is walking distance from MTS station Nana. Very convenient for shopping, travel, indian and continental food.

My brother booked this for us in transit to Burma and it is perfectly located for food, shopping, mrt etc. Rooms good size, we booked one double and one twin and the price was good although breakfast not included, there is street food nearby, restaurants, Starbucks attached to the hotel (hooray)...staff helpful. My shower was unusually hot, couldn't turn temperature... More

This was my 6th stay at The President Palace Hotel (22 June - 30 June) From my first visit to Bangkok in 2011 I stayed at this hotel and knew I would never stay anywhere else when I go to Bangkok.. The hotel has a beautiful lobby which has The Champions Restaurant and Starbucks joined to it... I must admit... More

Stayed 3 nights @11 floor. Big hotel. Booked directly via their website getting free pickup transport from airport. No varieties in breakfast. We had to pay for our 10 years old daughter for breakfast which we didn't like. We enjoyed the pool. Lots of shops, massage & bars nearby. Weird wifi policy. Not stable. No....we will not stay again.
