We booked this hotel as part of the trip back to OZ after visiting the UK for a 4 day break. We were not disappointed with this hotel in any way.We arrived early in the morning and the staff did the best they could to get our joining room ready early (we were in the rooms by 11 am.) Both the... More

I have been staying at this hotel for many years. It was excellent to start with. Since its ownership changed I have noticed a steady decline in standards. It seems to be a neglected property left to its own devices. The rooms have become a little dingy, the furniture frayed. The staff are still friendly, but that may just be... More

Dear akhter C Thank you for taking the time to post a review of President Palace Hotel and I am pleased that you find, after all these years, that the service of the staff is still of a fairly high standard. With regards to the property, we are in the midst of renovating and to date we have replaced the... More

This hotel is ok but smells rather ikky of mould and is very dated. While we would not stay here again, it may be ok for some. Usually we stay in another Soi but could not get the type of room we required so chose this hotel. Beds were hard but normal for Asia..... Personal taste there I guess. Shower... More

Stayed with family on two occasions while in Thailand. First was for 3 nights and then we moved up to Chiang Mai and came back for a further 2 nights. On the second visit one of our party was upgraded which was a very nice surprise. We found the rooms to be very spacious and they had great bathrooms with... More

I have stayed at this hotel for last three years in one of the club rooms. On arriving in the early hours of the morning I did notice hairs in the bathroom [floor] - due to lateness I was stuck with the room. I had a room opposite the club lounge so the smells from same were around the area... More

We frequently stay with our family in this hotel whenever visiting Bangkok. It has a great location, close to the main Sukumvit Road, just 5 minutes from the Sky Train station that can comfortably and quickly take you to most tourist or shopping attractions in the city. Travelling with kids, we always get two adjacent rooms which are very spacious... More

Booked this hotel for its location, soi 11 is right in and around the entertainment area of sukhumvit , the rooms are big and have a good sized bathroom (shower only) , front desk staff friendly and quick room service. Within walking distance of German Italian Australian Thai and Irish bars and restaurants, the BTS sky train is just at... More

First time at the palace and not disappointed. Staff is excellent and I really mean it. You get a smile everywhere you go in Thailand, however only few can smile beyond a dollar value but staff at the palace is well trained, polite and well spoken. Convenient star bucks locate as in foyer, plenty of restaurants in immediate proximity. I... More
