Stayed here with my buddies on a golf trip. The hotel is only a couple of months old which means everyting is new. Well located at Soi 11 with many places in Sukhumvit within walking distance. The hotel is very new and has very good facilities.. Everything is really new and nice... beds, washroom amenities.. carpets... EVERYTHING... :) The location is really good as it is walking distance to the Nana (E3) BTS station which is located at the entrance to Soi 11.. taxis..motorbike taxis.. and tuk tuks also are easily available... Very very good hotel hidden along Sukvhumit Road. Very near to Nana BTS. Worth every single cents you put into the hotel. The staff friendliness and helpfulness is off the chart. We booked the "club" deal enabling use of the business lounge which is also that used for "club" breakfast which was largely continental and adequate.
