We stayed here on two separate nights on a trip to Thailand over Xmas 2012, after my travel agent recommended it, and I'm glad she did. great location and very nice suites with excellent views of bangkok skyline.Very modern and chic hotel with excellent access to main shopping zone of bangkok. very courteous staff with pleasant language skills.

location is good, with free tuktuk to siam paragon and other commercial complex. The staff can speak English well. It is a nice experience staying there. Great location right by BTS and easy to access airport link too; the buffet is still one of the best ion Bangkok. Lovely staff and service. Very impressed from go to whoa. Why do we have to fill in 200 characters? Brevity is best

“Very nice hotel”

Service consistently good from the reception, concierge to the housekeeping staff. We arrived late and were able to check in smoothly, the welcome drink was a very nice gesture and much appreciated after arriving in the hot country. Most of the staff were able to converse in English though the standard varies amongst staff but this is not an issue... More

“Good place to stay!”

This is an excellent place to stay and it is conveniently located near to a BTS station. It is also a walkable distance to the shopping malls. Hotel staff are very polite and honest. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

“Buffet is not a buffet”

Hotel very nice, room got spaces.Bed is perfect.Food street near hotel is awsome. Accor card got free upgraded but have to fight with reception a bit. Brunch the day i went they claim foigras is finished. Other is satisfy.
