Apart from the unfriendly receptionist (guess she was the owner) everything else is great. We stayed for 2 nights in room 905 facing school and Grand Sukhumvit Hotel. Near BTS Nana and 7 Eleven. The pool one level above us is just fantastic. Will sure come back.

Stayed here a few times now and it's well worth the very reasonable price. Not nasty at all and there is no hassle. Breakfast was the only disappointment the one time I tried. Very convenient to all that the Sukhumvit area has to offer and tucked away enough to provide some peace. The school behind the building does prevent a... More

I've recently spent a few days at the Promenade Hotel (Jan 2016) in the Sukhumvit district of Bangkok. The hotel is nice; clean, great location (1block from the metro), good price, and the roof top pool is terrific. The only problem is that the staff is rather unfriendly and not helpful at all. They didn't even have a map of... More

Rooms are clean and quiet, ask for the top floor so you can get good views! Close to nana station. There is a lot of restourants and bars near, most of them a bit expensive for backpackers but we found a small street there where we got cheap but good asian food. Ac works and warm water in the shower.

Its just 100-200 Meter from the Nana BTS, surrounded by many nightlife area. Seven Eleven and Family supermarket are just step away. Free Wifi, good room and room amenities. Breakfast is not so impressive. Hotel staff is so humble. They are very helpful. I strongly recommended this hotel to stay in NANA :)

Positive: - Good and quiet location - Restaurants and 711 shop nearby - Elevator - Late checkout (1 hour) was free and no problem - Large and clean room Negative: - Safe is not in the room and can only be opened with an additional key of the receptionist

A bit old, but large, clean room, with free wifi, but very friendly staff and reception desk. A nice, relaxing bathtub. There's a small pool on the roof, surrounded by high-rises. Very conveniently located to street food, restaurants and night shopping.

I was in this hotel for 5 night in November 2015. The hotel is modern, clean, quiet, very comfortable; has a good position, near Sukhumvit and near the station "Nana" of skytrain. The price for the room and for the breakfast is good. Rooms has anything you need. The staff , nice persons, can help for any information you need.... More

It's looks like it was once a beautiful hotel with a rooftop pool, unfortunately now it's run down with old everything and no pool. It's a good location and if there's no other options its OK for a night but there are so many hotels nearby in the same price range.

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighborhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
