Stayed in this hotel from 10th October for a week. It was calm & quiet. The complimentary coffee bar in the lobby was very welcoming. Hope they change their small bites from the banana chips to something else on a daily basis . The pool was small and nice. Interestingly, the staff in the front office did not understand english.... I reserved this room online and got a very low price compared to their website. I actually got 2 bedrooms, one king bed one twin, each with it's own full bath. In the middle is a table and chairs, full fridge with freezer, hot water pot. Some dishes, 3 free bottles of water per day. The closet in the large... More

The hotel is honestly fine... Lovely swimming pool and our room is clean and nice (for the price). It is about half an hour away from the main tourist attractions/ 20mins on the sky train (5mins away from the hotel). The receptionists are very nice but unfortunately we found this out in a bad way... Whilst visiting Siam we wanted... More

We arrived the hotel near mid night and the receptionist accepted us as quickly so we can use our room. The room just clean but you can hear the sound from the room next door. The place near from BTS station Phra Khanong. Just take 5 minutes walk. There are convenience store near the area like 7/11 and family mart.... More

Stayed for 2 nights 14 and 15 August what a lovely place, the bed was great, not sure how many rooms it has but there was always a lot of guests about. Breakfast was well presented and catered for many ethnic groups. the trains are a 3 minute walk but not a lot to see around the hotel after hours... More

The great distance from city center can put you off and set you back by a few dollars if taking a cab but after finding out that a train station is just three blocks away, one realizes this serviced apartment hotel is not a bad deal after all. The breakfast is abundant and thoughtfully planned.Name what your heart desires each... More

The most rundown hotel I've ever visited. The rooms smells smoke, our only had the tiniest window, facing the BTS, so it was very nosy. The sheets had stains. It's far from the BTS. The breakfast restaurant was just plain depressing, felt like something you would find in an old east block country.

We are staying in Hope Land, we arrived on 10th of August and will leave on 10th of October thus a 2 months stay. The appartment is nice and clean but there are several issues and this is why I would not recomment this hotel / service appartment : - Pool is out of order since we arrive, nobody can... More
