It was an unplanned stay here in Hopeland. We booked in a nearest airport hotel last November 2014 for our friends wedding but the first hotel was not what we have expected. Our friend found Hopeland in TripAdvisor and it is definitely WORTH IT! Given room upgrade by the Filipina front desk,Angel, she's definitely one of the nicest at the... More

My daughter and I stayed here in Jan 2016. The hotel served our purposes beautifully. We were disappointed the pool area is in the shadows the whole day and the pool chaise lounges are really uncomfortable (wooden with no cushions). But the jacuzzi was fabulous- really hot water and comfortable molded seating. Plus there is a laundromat which we appreciated... More

We were happy with the size of the room and it was clean. The breakfast was poor though! Maybe its ok if your asian, but for us a breakfast without proper coffee and cheese it really was a disappointment. The restaurant is also very noisy and not cosy at all. The pool area is nice, but if you are planning... More

The hotel is clean and neat. It's not very close to the main attractions of the town but the train station is at about 10min walk. The deal I had made it very attractive (35$/day) because the rooms are good and the service too. If you don't need to be around Soy 20 you can book here.

This is my third time to stay here for business trip. I stayed studio type and this room gives me a big space to get relaxed and opened my suite case. The breakfast has good variation with many Japanese food variation.I will probably stay next month again here.

I stayed in Hope Land Sukumvit 46 as opposed to their more central location at Sukumvit 24. The apartment is big and convenient, some signs of usage are visible. The closest BTS station is Phra Khanong. Take exit 4 and walk straight ahead for 3 minutes. Hope Land will be on your right side, you will walk past a Japanese... More

I differ from previous reviewers who state 'not much food around the area'. This hotel is located in Sukhumvit 24 close (10 min taxi ride - 2$) to Sukhumvit 36, 38 and 54 which offer some of the best breakfast, lunch and dinner venues in Bangkok. Hotel room was cheap 70$ Aus a night, room was clean and simple, i... More

Clean and comfortable...even though the apartment was located somewhat near the bts, there was real nothing much around when it came to food places. Staff were polite, room were a decent size...served it purpose for 3 travelling girls. Overall a decent and pleasant stay

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighborhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
