Room is spacious and clean. Equipped with the essentials plus some cooking equipment. Only complain is that the bed is a bit hard. Facing some massage parlours directly downstairs and can get a bit noisey at times.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean. Located a short walk from Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MRT in a vibrant, if slightly western area (lots of expats live around here). Plenty of good food - restaurants and street food - nearby. Nightlife, massage parlours, and shopping centers all around.

Arrival to Bangkok was very late at night and I needed a one night stay before heading to the other side of the city. My thought was if this is a run down hotel, I could survive the one night. To my surprise this hotel turned out to be as good as the more expensive hotels I stayed at in... More

We booked the Citadines23 on the recommendation of a friend with vast experience travelling to Bangkok. We were not disappointed. This is a really solid hotel with fantastic welcoming staff and the location is close to everything. Soi Cowboy is just up the road and worth getting a drink and sitting out front watching the strangest things pass by. The... More

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at Citadines hotel in Bangkok & happy with our stay. This year we've spent 7 days at Citadines Sukhumvit 23. Room is clean, service is ok (although we like citadines sukhumvit 8 better), hotel is closely located to several good restaurants as Baan Khanitha or small Thai restaurant next to the 1st left... Location Located down a side street about 10 minutes or less walk from Asoke & Sukhumvit Station. Which with convenient connections to the air train takes about 45 minutes to BKK airport. If you take a taxi it should cost no more than 400 Bhat from airport. In the vicinity is the notorious Soi Cowboy but that is about 200... More

I chose the hotel for a couple reasons. One, it was really cheap if you went to the hotel's website Citadines.com because they were having a birthday sale on rooms. Like 60% off or something. Second it was close to the Subway and the Skytrain at Asoke Road and Sukhumvit Road. Like 2 blocks away. The problem was the map... More

Bright modern studio appartment ,just what we wanted for our three night stop over before travelling on . Very clean and well equipped , a full length bath , bed rather too firm however I asked for extra pillows and they were quickly supplied. Great roof top swimming pool and gym. Free tuk tuk provided to the nearby Sky train... More
