Away from the busy crowd of a normal hotel, Saladaeng Colonade is much more personal, making it one of my favorite hotels in Bangkok. And if you like having that much privacy as well, this would be a perfect hotel for you. Each apartment is built with a factional kitchen, fridge, micro wave, oven, iron, hot pot for making tea,... Everything I need while in Bangkok on business or travelling for pleasure. It is conveniently located but none of the busy-ness of Silom. There are quite a number of similar hotel apartments such as this in Bangkok. What makes this one my favourite is the no frills, practically equipped place that makes me feel as though I am coming home.... More

Very no frills hotel. Breakfast was OK (very basic), staff were nice, gym was limited. Rooms quiet well sized. The main problem was the cigarette smoke from adjoining rooms. We had a non-smoking room, but next door had a smoker. The smell came through the air conditioner in the main bedroom. The location is fantastic.

I like to stay in Silom sala daeng area because it's very convenient you have night market gay bars and all kinds of shows at night. And the great street food on convent road. But it's hard to find a decent apt to stay if you need a spacious room. This apt is a little bit old but it's well... More

Stayed at the 2-bedroom. I find the 1-bedroom more roomy than the 2-bedroom. TV in the master bedroom still old type. Air-con in living room noisy. Location great. Cleanliness great. Pricing good. Facilities decent. Quiet. Private. Good staff. Breakfast very basic. Need to give each guest a breakfast request slip not 1 to be shared as indicated on it. Overall,... More

Convenient location with only 5-minutes away from the near-by MRT/BTS station. Walking distance to shopping malls, various restaurants, and night markets. Studio facilities with all available kitchenwares. Room-serviced breakfast, friendly and polite staff, were all pretty much impressed.

We stayed in a 2 bed apartment with our friends for 4 nights. Pros:- Very good position in the City. 5 mins walk from BTS Skytrain (cheap to use). Helpful and smiling staff and security (despite what people have said here) Good bathroom and showers. Clean and comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen, (even an oven!) Breakfast included if a bit... More

Spent 3 days/2 nights at the Saladaeng Colonade after 8 days on Koh Samui. This hotel was a really nice surprise for us as we(the family) did not expect to see such a gem in an area of the city that I would say looked more than a little dodgy. Beautiful colonial styled reception area with friendly and helpful staff.... More

Stayed in Febr and March 2014 first time in this apartment-hotel. I was granted a 60sqm suite, even I was alone. There was everything and even more than I needed. Furniture black and white, spacious kitchen and big fridge. Comfortable living room with sofa, desk, good lightening, TV and DVD player. The bedroom has lots of wardrobes - I could... More

If you are looking for a quite place in the heart of Bangkok, this is the place. A beautiful old colonial style architecture hotel. Few minutes walk from BTS Saladaeng station and to Silom Complex. Room for studio fits for two person with breakfast included and sent to your room every morning. The room is quite big for two, complete... More
