Last week, I stayed at I Residence Hotel, Sathorn, 3 nights for Business. The room clean and modern facility. Breakfast was good on the top floor. Staff are friendly and helpfully. There are Tuk Tuk service to BTS or MRT Silom. Eazy to find local food and there is 7 eleven and ATM Bank near hotel. The hotel is a... More

After travelling around Asia for the past 4 weeks and staying in guesthouses and hostels this was a little bit of luxury, even if it was for 1 night. We had been to Bangkok 4 weeks previous staying in Koh San road, I enjoyed the change of scenery in the central business district, with still lots to do and see... More

We stayed in October for 6 nights, hotel was booked as part of a package, otherwise it probably wouldn't have been our choice. However, for the nightly rate, you really can't complain. Breakfast was good and rooms comfortable with working AC. Reception staff friendly and helpful. We asked to move rooms due to construction works on the hotel keeping us... More

Near to shopping malls. Friendly staffs. Free Tuk-Tuk to Silom Central from where you can walk to the nearest shopping mall or get on BTS to almost any where. There's a building under construction nearby but since we'll be out during the day no problem at all.

A group of five of us travelled in September and had taken two rooms - one suite-type room with two bedrooms and one normal room. The former was great and came equipped with a small kitchenette but the only drawback was that occupants of both rooms had to share one toilet with toiletries suited for two people (not a problem... We visited this hotel Sept 2015. The hotel was not expensive at all. It was really clean, small but clean!! This place is a little away from the BTS but again they provide Tuk Tuk shuttle during the day time. At night if you are coming, tuk tuk may ask you for 100 baht from nearest metro for 4 people,... Staying in Sathorn

Neighborhood Profile
Sathorn
Sathorn is Bangkok’s central business district, but here you’ll find much more than international banks and suited-up office workers. Take a stroll along the small alleys between the skyscrapers and you’ll find yourself among Bangkokians living life at a much slower pace. Feast on fantastic Thai food which you can find in the town-house restaurants, office food courts and sidewalk food stalls spread all over the area, especially around St. Louis Hospital. A visit to Sathorn is not complete without a drink at one of the glitzy sky bars perched atop its skyscrapers.
