I checked in to the Richmond because it was close to where I had some meetings, big mistake.
The front desk, business centre (or lack of) and antiquated email service is a joke, and expensive.
The rooms are large and clean but that's about it, it is not handy to, Pubs, Shops and the front desk are so inept at their job they can't even tell you where the closest 7-11 is ! There are two bottles of water in the mini bar, if you want a coke it's on room service or sit in a Taxi for 20 minutes, there are no shops in the hotel apart from a Thai silk shop!
I checked out two day's early, and that's the first time I have ever done that.
Maybe fine for conventions but that's it, the front desk staff are rude. more
