Clean, small hotel. Quiet side street location, very close to Sukhumvit & Asok train stations, great service, ok breakfast, nice but small rooftop area that is good for afternoon drinks. We would definitely stay here again, very happy with everything!

I stayed at this hotel a few years ago and loved the location and service. The second time did not disappoint! The hotel's location is fantastic - easy train ride from the airport and close to the subway system to get all over the city. Not to mention the fantastic massage place down the road (Lean on Tree) and the... More

This is a great place to stay if you want to do some shopping and be close to the BTS. My husband and I stayed here the last 3 nights of our thailand trip to do some shopping bedore heading home. Rooms are large, spacious, and comfortable. Bathrooms were new and modern with a huge tub, and great water pressure.... More

My husband and I recently traveled across SE Asia, staying in a number of different places, and this was definitely one of the best! The rooms are quiet, clean, and big, the staff are very nice and helpful, the breakfast is really great, and the location is fantastic (5 minute walk to great shopping and transport). We definitely would not... More

Stayed here in Spring of 2014 and agree that this is a small quality boutique hotel. It is situated on the first small alley (on the left) on Soi 18 as you come from Sukhumvit road. At first the appearance of the alley and the hotel is daunting but once over the initial apprehensions, the hotel is delightful. Rooms are... More

Spent a week here and loved it. Room is modern and tastefully furnished including a beautiful orchid. The best thing is the location...while a little difficult to find at first the location provides a peaceful retreat from the noise and busyness of Sukhumvit road. It's located down a quiet street with little traffic. A short walk to the BTS as... More

Pros - Clean, reliable. Only a 5-10 minute walk to nearby Asok BTS, which is one of those really central stations connected to many other modes of public transport. Location was safe, not too dodgy. - Mr Singha was extremely helpful, anytime we needed to plan the day's itinerary he would recommend us the best, most efficient way to do... More

I stayed here for three nights with my wife in February. Due to delays and missed connections, we got in late but that wasn't a problem. It was a bit hard to find at first for the taxi driver, especially when there was a condo down the soi with the same name. We had a deluxe double room on the... More

The Baan Sukhumvit is a comfortable and laid back little hotel with an excellent location. It is located on a side road of Soi 18, one of the best streets for getting a qualitative but cheap massage. It is also a couple of minutes away from the Skytrain (Asok) and the subway (Sukhumvit) stations, major nightlife and shopping areas (e.g.... More

This hotel is a little hard to find, but worth the search. A couple of blocks from the sky train and the subway, it is at the end of a little alley. It is safe, quiet, the rooms are spacious and clean. The rooftop patio is really great at night. Bring your own wine up there and you can see... More
