Checked in the 2 bedrooms apartment on 17th feb and checked out on 20th. Pleasant stay. Quiet place that a distance to go out from the soi 8 but can take the tuk-tuk anytime from the hotel to the outside soi 8 and during night time, the tuk-tuk moves quite frequently. We never called up the hotel for the pick... More

I put my friends up in Citidines Soi 8 recently as I live close by. The hotel was fine, but what a nightmare the taxi situation was. The are a bunch of taxi drivers who basically live in front of the hotel. It's impossible to leave the hotel without being accosted by them. If you are single they will continuously... More

Stayed from January 23-26, 2015. Stayed in Studio Executive Apartment. A long-established service apartment hotel, Citadines Skhumvit 8 is the perfect location for those looking to be in the centre of Bangkok yet have a quiet oasis away from the hustle & bustle of Bangkok. Located at the end Soi Sukhumvit 8 in a residential neighbourhood where there are adequate... More

I know this hotel thru tripadvisor here. I choose it because it located near to the sukhumvit area but still away from the noisy part. The first day when we check in, something terrible happened in the toilet. They was servicing the water pipes at downstairs, but don know why A lot of dirty water flow out from the toilet... More

My husband and I stayed at the hotel during 27 Dec 2014 to 3 Jan 2015 with two kids. Our room was one bed room suit. There were a double bed and a sofa bed. But the sofa bed was bent so we requested to change the sofa bed. Finally they added a normal single bed to us. It was... More

Stayed at this serviced apartment with my family of 5 (3 adults, 1 child, 1 infant) during my holiday in Bangkok. Location wise, Citadines is tucked deep within Soi 8, which shielded it from the hustle & bustle of the main road (Sukhumvit Road). The fact that my infant child slept through all the nights while we were there is... More

Honestly, our expectations weren't high after reading some of the reviews on tripadvisor but still decided to book this place as it was the only affordable hotel offering rooms for three people in Bangkok during NYE. The hotel is nice, modern, clean and has a really nice rooftop pool that overlooks the city - what else can you ask for... More

Stayed in this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights with my Mom. Pros: - Spacious room - Strong water pressure - Complimentary internet access - Modern interiors - Good customer service and accommodating staff Cons: - very small pool. No one dares to use it. - Food is quite bland. Not worth adding it on our bill. Eating outside... More

Convenient location as it's near Sukhumvit, Nana BTS, lots of inexpensive eateries, very good massage shops (only tried the foot though) and on the quiet side since it's a bit of a walk from the drinking places near Sukhumvit. We stayed for 5 nights and generally enjoyed our stay. My issue though, and my family's too, is the breakfast buffet... More

We stayed in a studio room on level 3 for 3 nights. The check in was quick and the staff were very efficient. The safe in my room was not working properly. Called the reception and a maintenance staff attended to us within minutes. We encountered another problem on day 2 in which the door latch was faulty and we... More
