No complaints from me except for the lumpy bed, but my girlfriend calls it ghetto. Definitely not 5 min from the airport as the brochure says more like 15 minutes. Large fridge in the room. Staff is good.

Nice little hotel if your connecting through Bangkok on a budget. Friendly staff and comfy beds and free coffee, juice and toast for breakfast. The only drawback is the airport pickup service took half an hour to arrive even when I gave the hotel my flight details a week in advance. Overall I would highly recommend that this hotel.

Situated on a busy and bustling street, the Grand Pinnacle is located centrally, close to numerous attractions and shops. The rooms are fine - nothing special, but clean and neat! My only critique would be regarding the bathrooms - there are no separate showers... the shower head is in the corner of the bathroom (uncovered) and obviously everything in the... More

Airport information desk was able to call on my behalf, and was able to get right thru to front desk, car came quickly BUT was not advised prior that there was a fee for the pickup. Both driver and front desk were very nice, within 5 minute drive to airport. Rooms are minimal, bed, older tv set, refrigerator, old fashion... More

It was difficult getting in touch with the hotel to ask them to send the shuttle to the airport. When I did, it took a long time for the shuttle to arrive (around 45 minutes), even though the drive to the hotel (and back to the airport in the morning) was only 10 minutes long. Not sure what happened, but... More

Got back into Bangkok from Krabi on 13th January - the day the shut down Bangkok movement started. Decided not to check into Novotel, Siam Square where I had a booking for that reason and instead booked a room at this place from the hotel reservation counter in the airport for the night (had an early morning flight to catch... Nicest receptionist I've meet in thailand so far so helpful. Really comfy bed soft and nice quilt too. Fridge loaded with all kinds of treats crisps, nuts, beer, coke, free water. Ordered breakfast in bed 5mins it was here. Just ordered toast and a coffee four piece on a plate was plenty with a selection of jams and a coffee... More

Recently stayed here for two nights.. Location was great as it was only about ten minutes from the airport which was nice after 29 hours of flights to get there it was nice for a short ride to get to our room and stretch out. Location is not good however if you want to wonder around it took us about... More

Booked without airport pickup. Like as many of my things on I that I am awkward, but in an experienced way. Mistake, driver got lost, many times, but zeroed the meter and said it was his fault. (Departures area taxi - the best!). Best to carry the hotel's number and ring to avoid. Arrived after a bit, and no rip... More

5 minutes from the airport. Excellent air conditioning. Cheap as chips. Friendly staff. Huge fridge stocked with all types of drinks. Room service. Airport pickup for about 2 quid. If you're looking for a place to crash at BKK airport and just want somewhere cheap, then this is it.
