I was very disappointed in this hotel. I think that Agoda have not done a good review or inspection of this hotel. You walk in and its dark nice chandelier but not turned on. The large waiting area had chairs and sofa's but at least three of the staff were sleeping here. The receptionist had a suit on but only... More

The White Palace is a small to medium sized hotel in the middle of markets(indoor and outdoor) , near public transportation and a short trip to the "ritzy" area of Bangkok. The staff are friendly and professional. I requested our room to be ready if possible earlier than 2pm as our flight was arriving in the morning--we were very pleasantly... More

The hotel looks decent. The location is great. The place is too dark for my liking so it needs some lightening Some renovation has been going on as i had stayed there on couple of occasions. The standard checkin time is 2pm so if you come early you have to wait if the rooms are available or not. The lobby... More

It's a decent hotel. Rooms are large in my opinion. The walkways and lobby need some touch up but rooms itself was decent in my view. Only con is the lack of lighting in the room. Toilet is acceptable with bathtub. What I love about this hotel is its location! Walk out and you reach Pratnunam area and platinum fashion... More

Great disappointment for last night in bangkok. Location was hard to find. Even taxi driver doesn't know the place. It is an old hotel. Internet in the room was slow( practically like no Internet in the room) . There is no hair dryer in the room as it was written in the website. Upon request during check in at about... More

At just 30$ for 24 hours, this one is good value for money, though could do better when it comes to cleanliness and general atmosphere around. Very conveniently located, many great markets and nightlife nearby, massages are great value for money in so many parlours around it! Room was OK, bathroom had a strange smell... :))

Some friends suggested the hotel so we booked through Agoda and stayed for 3 nights. The breakfast was in plenty and good which i think is the reason many like to stay. The bathrooms was really creepy so we changed our room but the bedsheets were not very clean as well. We appreciate the effort the staffs made to help... More

Room was very small than we expected. It was from the top floor, floor 8 and also room looks very old. There was a balcony attached with the room however it was locked and unable to open. When we booked the hotel it said there would be a pool at the top of the hotel however we came to know... More
