We stayed here for 3 nights as a treat as our friend that we where travelling with was heading home! The place looked lovely, great location and it even had a pool so we decided to spend more than our average as a treat! The pool was lush, the staff where super friendly and it was possibly the comfiest bed... More

After a while in average rooms and running around I needed to relax and a pool - jus what I needed Right next to khao san but far enough away to avoid the noise, the rooms are just very average - eat to ask to look at them first, the first one I saw smelt misty and had a view... More

The pictures posted around the internet of this "luxury" guest house look fantastic. The exotic decoration and style of the lobby and pool area look inviting and make Cha Cha stand out in the crowd of Khaosan road accommodation. The reality is different. Firstly when I arrived the receptionist had zero customer service skills, she had no interest in making... More

This hotel is a bit more expensive than other hotels in this part of the city. But it is worth it. It has a nice patio with a swimmingpool. Staff is helpfull (even gets you traintickets so you don't have to go to the trainstation yourself). One street away from Khoa-San road, so you are close to the action. But... More

Nice comfortable bed. AC turns off when you leave the room. Wifi is good but you have to login daily. Pool is nice and refreshing. Food is subpar but good for backpackers. A price list for everything in the room is concerning but expected given the usual clientel. 2000THB deposit or passport. Ideal for those who love the Khao San... More

The basic rooms are rubbish for the equivalent of 28 pound sterling a night. This does not include breakfast. The pool area is nice but the wifi is awful. The location is really good and it has 2 street entrances to help speed up journeys. The hotel feels safe and the staff are helpful. There is a 2000 THB security... More

We stayed at Villa Cha Cha just after New Years -- it was really cute in the communal areas (sadly too cold to swim in the beautiful pool!), and the rooms were nicely decorated. While the rooms had charm, we had paid extra to get a slightly bigger (more deluxe?) room for our 4-day stay, and when we opened the... More

A beautiful clean place and my second stay delivered the same matter of fact disciplined service. Friendly, with many of the same staff from two years ago. Unfortunately this time however I had 10000baht of clothing shopping stolen from my locked room on the afternoon of Sunday the 23rd of February. It could only have been someone with a key... More

If you like boutique hotels full of art and sculpture with beautifully decorated rooms, this is the place to stay. The hotel is a visual delight and is brilliantly positioned to be near all the action and yet quiet enough to be an oasis in this busy city. The road that the restaurant opens onto is attractive and full of... More

Villa Cha Cha is located very close (2 minuted walk) to the Khoa San road but still somewhat far enough such that it is quite. It is about 45 minutes away from the airport. The location is strongest point of the hotel, beyond this the place is very average. The room was of adequate size and utilitarian design, the bathroom... More
