We used Villa Cha Cha as our Bangkok stop over - firstly from the airport, then as a midway point between north and south Thailand, and then before flying home. So three times in all ... we had our grandson with us, and all the staff were wonderful with him. In fact, the staff made our stay even more special... more

We completely not expected to be robbed here as the place is quite nice. But looks are deceiving here as the cleaning staff/ management cannot be trusted. Stay away, there are plenty more good places just around the corner. What happened: the cleaning staff was so smart to take only a little money (2 bills of 20$ out of a... more

Very relaxing, Large rooms, swimming pool, sauna, very comfortable. Located near Kaosan Road, near to all travel/trips logistics; an oasis of silence in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. Incredibly cheap, above all! ! more

I stayed with two others for 5 days. I'd consider the hotel an upmarket backpackers but enjoyed it far more than the 4 star hotels we'd been staying at elsewhere. It has a relaxed, easy going atmosphere. The rooms are fine - clean, reasonably well equiped, comfortable and airconditioned. We found all staff friendly and helpful - especially in the... more

The hotel is great, lovely pool, nice clean rooms. Only fault is the rooms are nothing like the pictures online. There is no difference between the different priced rooms, was dissapointed with the Junior Queen as it was the same as all the other rooms except with a larger bathroom. Some of the bathrooms have clear glass full length doors/windows... more

Except the fact that it's close to Kao San Road, the rest has nothing special, but it's cheap and there is a possibility to keep the luguage during the departure date. Also possible to keep a half day to take a shower before taking the plane... more

This hotel is a brilliant place to stay if you want to be near Khoa San Road but want to stay someone a bit more up market than the back packer hostels. The rooms are very big (Junior King), the bed is huge and comfortable. However, there are several bad points about this hotel, the main one being the service.... more

Nice location in the old city area of Bangkok. The staff at reception weren't friendly at all but at restaurant staff were great. We had booked the Royal Family Room, which is a nice spacious clean room. But we aren't satisfied. First of all the air conditioning was leaking. They try to repair it one time, but it was still... more
