Perhaps I am being bias. However to me if any place serves warm beer it deserves zero marks. Particularly if the bar adversities in big neon lights 'no warm beer'. The bar fridges in the room- even when turned to the lowest temperature barely manage to be above room temperature. I understand electricity isn't free- but there is a limit.... More

We arrived at this hotel after multiple flights from England. The check in process was simple and we were welcomed with an ice cold juice. Our room was clean and modern and we couldn't hear any noise from the street below. The pool was small and clean and the reception area very authentic. The bar and restaurant attached to the... Just off Koh San Road, middle ranged hotel. I payed $50 aus per night which is a lot for Koh San. But you get a very nice relaxing environment with a great pool and gardens with fantastic Thai artwork everywhere including wonderful statues. The attached restaurant is good if over priced. The rooms are small but comfortable. Staff are friendly.... More

We choose this hotel for the location, which is pretty good (near to some touristy areas). However this also comes with a downside, the very loud music played at the bars on the street can be heared inside the rooms, even with earplug we could tell what song was on. Next day we got a different room in the "quiet"... More

We stayed at cha-cha for 3 nights. Lovely rooms, very clean, very pretty, beds are HUGE. The restaurant is one of the nicer ones in the area. Perfect spot for your first few nights in Thailand. Close to Khao San rd, about a 5 minute walk. But situated in a much nicer quieter road but still lively. No unwanted noise... More

We just had dinner at the restaurant and observed how another tourist group got ripped off by the manager. Our dinner was good but we felt very sorry for the other group. What happened: a waitress moved (because of sudden rain) a lot of stuff inside. Including a pillar for a fan that she put right behind the chair of... More

Nice clean place and friendly helpful staff. The place has almost a resort feel to even though they are in the heart of khaosan area. Has a pool and a nice restaurant, Macaroni Club. Has left luggage facility free of charge.

Beautiful hotel on the road beside Khoa San Road. Fairly priced but as backpackers it was too expensive for us and we didn't book anything before we arrived so had to splash the cash. The staff accidentally upgraded us without realising and tried to show other guests our room while we were fast asleep but they were very apologetic. After... More
