Our group of 6 all agreed that Lub.d was our favourite place to stay in Thailand overall. It was clean, the bathrooms were modern and hygienic with warm powerful showers. Rooms were clean and safe. The downstairs common area was very social and we met a lot of friendly travellers there, with free computer service too. If staying on a... More

Spotless clean. Cool and trendy in decor - bathrooms are amazing.Well equipped rooms with power outlets, lamps and lockers for all and with a/c in both rooms and common areas. Great guide service, 24 hrs. reception. Service is outstanding. Pricy for a dorm, but is worth it. Silom is not my favorite part of town, but well enough location.

Don't have any negatives about this place, was absolutely brilliant. When you walk in, the design of it really sticks out which I just loved. The location is fantastic as we could walk into patpong and the surrounding area which is full of culture, street food and loads of markets. The venue clean, comfy and secure. We both got great... Stayed with my friend at the Lud d - Silom and it was the first and only hostel we would stay at during our trip around South East Asia and to be honest, I was quite apprehensive. I was worried for nothing - this was one of the best places I've stayed at. The staff was more than amazing. Easy... More

The place is super clean! I stayed there in January for over a week. The staff is very helpful and friendly so are the people staying there. It's a great place but it's pretty expensive considered the rooms are dorms. They also offer Friday nights out which is a plus.

i stayed in the lub'd siam square previously and had big expectations. we stayed for one night. the hostel provides almost everything except for breakfast and i dont think thats a complaint worthy point. towels, linen, soap, shampoo is all provided for the ladies only floors. cotton tips, hairdryer, hair straightener even, moisturiser etc was all provided in the showers.... We were very happy with this hostel. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms and bathrooms are clean, wifi works, the lounge is comfortable and you can store your luggage for free up to 2 months. But the location is not the best, for example to Kao San you have to pay up to 100 Baht for a Taxi,... More

Close to the train and away from the madness of the inner city, this hostel is not only great location wise, but it's quaint, modern and full of practicality (and personality!) The staff is very friendly and helpful; you may run into an English Teacher who just comes by to hang out and tell you about the rooftop hotel just... More

This is the best hostel I have stayed at in Thailand. I have been to Bangkok 4 times and stayed here every time. The staff are really friendly, very knowledgeable about the best things to do in the area and how to get there and keep the reception open 24 hours. There is a staffed tourism desk to help book... Clean, comfy rooms. Free towel if you stay in the female only 10 bed dorm. Bring a padlock for the locker. Takes about 10/15 mins to walk from the train station, but nice area and easy to get places with public transport. Showers and bathroom are fantastic. Great place for my first night in Bangkok!
