i booked the hotel including breakfast but when i checked in the receptionist said breakfast excluded. It was ok for me because he said he'll c confirmed with me again the next day but he didn't. So we stayed 3 nights without breakfast even i paid for that. On my last day, we waited taxi to the airport after checked... more

I have been to this hotel 3 months back & my overall experience was good against the money I paid. One cant expect moon at the cost of an apple. Its a simple, decent & clean hotel. I am planning to visit Bangkok & stay in this hotel again. more

When I stayed there, the other side of the Hotel is still under development. Not sure if it's already completed by now. I find the hotel cosy, comfortable and clean. The hotel staffs were rather friendly and helpful. It's surrounded by daily BKK Lifestyle, markets, coffee shops and the small shops that sell lifestyle things. It's rather convenient and easy... more

we arrived at Ecotel Bangkok at around 1 am and we didn;t have any problem checking-in. It is a fact that most Thais have a hard time speaking in English but the staffs still did their best to accommodate us and communicate with us. We requested for a room with a window and they gave us that. And though the... more

(+) Reasonably priced / Clean rooms / friendly staff / walking distance from shopping malls / less than 20min walk from a skytrain station (not sure whether this is good or bad) (-)The area around the hotel it is not very attractive and there is nothing to do at night time/ sleazy taxi drivers outside hotel (try to avoid them... more

After making extensive research on Ecotel, we were rather disappointed especially at how the hotel looked like compared to photos on the internet. We arrived at midnight on our first night, the receptionists aren't too friendly and they all have a non-negotiable attitude. Why do i say so is because we were going to stay for 5 nights and we... more

this is the fifth hotel i tried so far in bangkok. Its worth the money as the hotel is still quite new and things are in good conditions. Like the TV with many channels and hotel staffs are friendly....esp the porter who brought our luggages to our room and even gave a short intro .....breakfast was ok for the price... more

I was appalled by the hotel at first. I never expect such budget hotel ( very fair priced indeed) with come with luxury of cleanliness both in the bathroom and the room itself. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The lobby is cosy and exquisite. Although the breakfast wasn't that "all-grande" but the food serve is very basic and... more

We followed other peoples' suggestions ! Yes. It's OK and true what they recommended. Nice to stay, cool to spend your nights for family and a few metres go outside to shop at big shopping areas. You can cut expenses for Taxi or other transport charges for shopping. About 60 Baht Metered-taxi ride to MBK. About 50 Baht Metered-taxi ride... more
