I booked the hotel under Agoda and do note the rooms sells fast and you have to reserve ahead of time. Upon arrival by midnight, the couldn't find the sign since it's a bit dark and entrance is quite small and no one was on the front desk but we were able to check in in about 6 minutes. We... More

Wonderful as I remembered! Visited again after 2 years and this time it was a family trip with an infant and a preschooler in tow. We took the junior king suite and although there wasn't much room to run around for the kids, they had a great time using the jacuzzi tub and rain shower. We couldn't get an extra... More

The moment you step into this hotel each time, you have friendly staffs greeting you. The hotel is so cozy, with very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. You don't even feel like leaving the room. The room is really clean and you really feel so pampered with the full toiletries in the room. Mitsukosh shopping is just opposite the hotel. No... More

A boutique hotel that is right next to the subway and it's one stop from the Main station. Subway takes to most attractions. We took a bus from the airport which dropped us off not far from the hotel - from there we grab a cab. The room was very comfortable. 2 TVs - one the bedroom other in the... More

This hotel is aimed at couples and provides a luxury feel at a reasonable (though not cheap) price. Pros: - The amenities you associate with brands like Grand Hyatt or Intercontinental (bathrobes, full toiletries) - Comfortable bath with Jacuzzi features - Plenty of free water, some free treats (pineapple cake, soda) - A nice mixture of Taiwanese and Japanese breakfast... The goods: 1. Location is definitely a +++ factor. It is situated opposite to a string of departmental stores. Therefore, shopping and meals are not an issue at all. 2. Reception staffs were friendly, helpful, and provides advices when you asked for it. 3. The bathtub has jacuzzi function. 4. You can watch the tv as you soak in the... More

The Hotel was very nice, the staff spoke English and were always happy to help us with translations and directions. The breakfast was good, a small mix of Chinese and Western food but it was reasonable and in a nice room. The hotel is quite dark with very dim lighting, we chose the cheapest room with no window.... So there... More

My family of three stayed 6 nights at this hotel which was right smack in the middle of some shophouses. The room was small but clean. Lighting was a tad dim though, which might be the reason why there were a fair bit of mosquitoes in the hotel. You can relax in the bathtub where the jacuzzi mode can be... More
