We stayed here for 9D8N with 2 Senior and 2 Toddlers. It's our daughters really loves the location. Infront of this hotel, it's Da-An Park, there's playground and very clean, kids loves it. For the adults also can relax at the park. But hotel room are quite small. Their front desk were very helpful. Housekeeping was very EXCELLENT.. Everyday they... More

The Dolamanco is a fine hotel if you are visiting the city for a few days. The room was comfortable enough, and the view from my window on the front of the building was of a nice park. The bathroom was a little run-down, and there was still evidence of the previous guest there (hair in the tub and around... More

We stayed twice in this hotel, which is situated in a quiet area, with an MRT station and a large park across the road. Convenience stores and fast food are only a block away and shops and more restaurants a little bit further but, easy to walk on well paved, well lit and seemingly safe streets to walk, even late... Very helpful staff that speaks English. They can arrange pick at the airport for 1000 NT dollars about $33 US. This can be less than a cab costs and eliminates language problems at the airport. Rooms are clean and kept up well. Nice breakfast included with different vegetable dishes, fresh cooked eggs and usual Chinese breakfast items. Walking distance to... More

We stayed at this hotel for one night because our first choice was already booked. This is an old building. Very small rooms; ours had a small sofa in it. There was no shower curtain although there was a shower head in the bath, so expect water to spray all over the bathroom. There were no wash rags, although they... More

I noticed one side of my socks was missing after housekeeping. Called the reception, told them that I left my sock under the blanket and asked if the housekeeping staff has accidentally wrapped it together when changing the sheets. The receptionist said she will make a check. She called back later saying that the only sock the housekeeping staff found... More

The Dolamanco is in Xinyi Rd, not too far from the center of Taipei. Rooms are not too small, there is a safe, a flat screen TV, air-conditioning is perfecting working. Nothing too fancy, but quiet cheap and there is everything you may need. When you get there you could probably get scared by the poor lobby, but don't worry,... More

There is a metro opening soon near this hotel but until then the existing metro station is rather far away from this hotel (around 15mins)... The staff are ok, and the room is slightly small (ok for the price i guess)... One of the plus points of staying in this hotel is that it is near to 永康街 where there... More

We reserved this hotel for overnight stay, when visiting family. Brown line Metro proximity was the must and it was kind of last moment reservation. Room: The room was modern and very convenient, among usual things it included sofa, big TV+DVD, minibar with few free soft drinks, tea set, small free snacks, noodles, added daily. There was no safe box. Room... More

location is great as it is beside a soon to be open MRT station. Although its on Xinyi Road but its not exactly THAT near to Xinyi district or taipei 101. Its a relatively run down hotel and the whole hotel smells pretty musky. I do not want to sound snobby but the some of the people I saw coming... More
