We found our stay very comfortable at the Fullerton Taipei North. Nothing related to the extravagant Fullerton in Singapore this is a local chain but clearly they work hard to please. Check-in was handled by an English speaking front office manager in a business suit 2 sizes to big for him and who rather grunts instructions at you but otherwise... More

Close to MRT, and just a few stops to many tourist areas. May not be as convenient as hotels near Taipei train station, where you can do a lot of shopping just by walking around. However still there are a few nice restaurants next door, and we also walked for about 10-15 minutes to the neighbourhood nearby for even more... More

Stayed here for all 3 trips to Taiwan. Good & clean place, free wifi. Close to MRT. Easy availability of public transport and cabs. Close to an Indian restaurant. Good staff, average breakfast buffet.

I have stayed in many hotels over the years and this was is an example of a good 3 star, it is clean and comfortable with free wifi, the rooms are well proportioned. The breakfasts are good served by older generation ladies however no other meals are available so you must eat elsewhere. The location is very good, if you... More

The Fullerton Hotel North is located on a main road just facing the MRT. It is just five min walk from the Zhongshan Junior High Station. We took the airport bus 1840 from the airport and it took only 35 min until we arrived at the Zhongxiao Fusin stop ( the third stop). The hotel was only 150 m away.... More

It is a nice business hotel but the inside is a bit gloomy. The reception area is very small and one feels a bit suffocated. Breakfast is decent and I liked the lady at the egg station who seemed to remember everones choices. Staff is decent and helpful. The location is very good and there are a lot of restaturants... We have made this our company base in Taipei for several years. The staff is excellent, the breakfast good, the room and facilities clean and the bed is comfortable. (Too many beds in Asia seem to be made of plywood, and are far to hard for me.) All of our team and customers give good reports on their stay here.... More

I stayed in for a few nights last Dec. Fares were overpriced due to the peak season. Services and location were great , a bottle of red wine was provided as complimentary. Warm and homely that makes you feel home .However, I was slightly disappointed with the hardware of the hotel where the furnishing and bathroom was rather old fashioned.... More

My last experience in Taipeh wasn't great so I tried this one for my current trip, and am quite satisfied. Compared with many hotels nowadays it has a slightly old-fashioned flavour - lots of wooden furnitrue, a solid room key rather than a card, and affable front desk team of cheerfully frank staff. The room isn't huge, but perfectly adequate.... More

I stayed last month on a business trip and I was able to find it by myself taking the MRT the first time around so it is in a very accessible location. Staff was very friendly, however I arrived early on a Friday and tried to check in before my first meeting (around 9 am) but they said they would... More
