Very clean, but the elevator system is horrible. U will wait 30 min to get up or down in the morning or evening. Staff atmosphere does not feel like a disney resort and the walk to the park is not close. For the price we could have stayed at a very close near by resort and saved sime cash. If... More

We stayed in this hotel for five nights during our recent Taipei visit. The hotel is about 5 minutes from 捷運西門站 in the heart of 西門町. Staff were friendly and room was clean and quiet; though breakfast was only so-so but it was included with our hotel package. Only complain was that the room was a bit cold.

We arrived 6am at the hotel. Check in time is supposed to be 12nn. We were very tired and ask for a superior room to rest. Hotel staff was very kind and helpful. They managed to give us a room for existing guests at half price. Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious except there is no kettle or bottled drinking... More

The room was quite small but clean and comfortable and new.Breakfast was lousy as there was no continental breakfast .Tea was very diluted and there were not enough tables to accommodate everybody. Most people had to share tables with others.Lobby staff were fine. There was free wifi which was good but cannot borrow an iron as it was not available which was... Stayed for 2 nights when I went to Taipei with my family in Dec 2010. It was part of the tour package we signed up for. Not fantastic but great location. A short 3min walk to Xi Men Ding. Room was small and the light was dim. Bathroom had a odd smell and looks yellowish. Was lucky to get a... More

Be sure to book their new wing! I didn't know about their new wing before i booked so i stayed 2 nights in their old wing. Staffs weren't inviting and my room was old but still forcibly alright as there's still basic cleanliness. Just be sure to hold on to the flush of the toilet bowl long enough for everything... More

This hotel is located in the outskirts of the popular ximengding (西门町) in Taipei. Stayed for 5 nights. Rooms are small and kind of not so well equipped. There are no extra power sockets for charging your electronic devices and/or cameras. You have to disconnect one of the appliances in the room in order to get a free power socket... More

to be honest, the hotel is pretty old. I'd bet that it's even older than my grandmother. The rooms need a revamp, and so are the bathroom. Though the room maintains basic cleanliness, there is always a lingering smell of musk. The decoration is pretty dodgy, a lot of romanesque statues alongside chinese characters, and the staffs are always sullen... More

We booked 3 rooms and stayed 3 nights here from 24 to 27 Dec2012. Rooms are clean and comfortable. But are not sufficiently sound proof. We could hear very clear TVs sound from other rooms till 1am! Free breakfast provided but not much choices, the food is the same on all 3 days that we stayed.
