Really enjoyed my first time stay at Okura Prestige Taipei. The location is really convenient, about 5min walk from Zhongshan MRT. The airport bus also stops close-by (we took bus 1819 from the airport. Th concierge informed us to take bus 1961 on the way back. The cab costs TWD 1200 for an approximately 45min journey). Check-in was fairly fast... More

We stayed for one week at the Okura and were very impressed. The Japanese hotel was very comfortable with friendly staff and a large room. We had a king prestige regular room that was a good size for the two of us. In the room: a desk/ work area, a chaise lounge, king bed, fridge with some beverages not weight... More

I had a wonderful 3 day stay. The Okura did everything right. I requested a quiet room on a high floor, and they came through with a beautiful, large room on the top floor. I slept perfectly. All the staff were quite welcoming. The location was excellent. It was a fine base for travel by subway or taxi, and taxis... More

Went during last December. Service was excellent! Accommodating and friendly. Room was very clean and well laid out. New and gives a luxurious vibe. Location was spot on, just minutes away from th e metro. Taxis plentiful. Restaurants and eateries round the corner. Only fault was they forgot to give me the strawberries and cherries that I deposited with them... More

I really enjoyed my stay here. I visited with my uncle a few weeks ago. We were upgraded to a suite which is a big plus. Also the hotel is just across Zhongshan Station and i within reach of a vast array of restaurants and malls. The staff were very helpful in answering questions about sights to see in Taipei... More

Stayed four nights at the OP with my girlfriend. It was a great experience in every respect. The room was well equipped and extremely comfortable. Everything was controllable from panels located on both sides of the very comfortable bed (lights, curtains, shades). The bathroom was what you'd expect from a five star hotel. (Even a Japanese toilet seat/bidet.) A safe... More

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights during our visit to Taipei with my wife. The hotel is excellent from all almost all aspects. It is only 2-minute away from the underground station, and it is a very convenient underground station. Across the street, Mitsukoshi is location where you can buy almost everything. The hotel room is very good -... More

Almost perfect. Two features stood out – the cleanliness of the hotel throughout and the politeness and the helpfulness of the staff. Housekeeping was top-notch – towels were replaced twice a day, and the bathroom floor was cleaned and dried for the evening without fail. The toilet was fully automatic i.e. you need not even lift the toilet seat to... More
