Entering the lobby of the Okura Prestige in Taipei is like travelling through time: All the staff members are courteous, polite and dressed in lovely uniforms. The interiors of both the lobby and the guest rooms are perfectly old-fashioned and modern at the same time. The guest room was great, with lovely features like separate toilet with washlet, dual bedside... More

This is my second time staying in Okura, a nicely detailed hotel with great facilities. The receptionist provided great service and was helpful. My kids and I enjoyed the roof top pool and i used the Gym as well. The Gym is also good with brand new machines. The location is very convenient which is only a few blocks away... More

Loved my 2 night stay here from the moment I checked in. Check in was fast, was escorted to beautiful white theme room. Room was spacious with all the amenities of a 5 star. I really enjoyed eating the pineapple desert kept in the room, not too sweet and tasted good. Breakfast was modest, not very fancy. Location is nice... More

I was travelling with my old parents, 3 of us, and it's their first time to visit Taipei, that's why I spent some time to study where to stay before the trip.Being stay with Okura Prestige for 5 nights, I think I find the right one for its remarkable excellence service and comfortable, flawless hardware. It began with a mistake... More

Stay here for a weekend with friends. The room was classic and quite. Our room has a balcony, but we need to call hotel staff and sign an agreement to unlock it. However, very enjoy the view from it. The Swimming Pool and SPA is PERFECT!

I stay at the basic Deluxe room on the 9th floor for one night. What can I say? It's clean, classic, & comfortable. The bed and pillows are super cosy. I fell asleep immediately when I went into bed. The greatest part is that you can hear nothing from outside the room, no traffic noise, no people talking. I felt... More

This is the best hotel for me. Never have to open the huge door in or out. Doorman always there to welcome you. The lobby is huge with beautiful chandelier. Room key requires to access to your floor. The service and facility staffs are great. I have a standard room with king size bed. This room is huge and everything... More

A lovely clean hotel, not cheap however in my experience you always get what you pay for. We didn't eat in any of the restaurants but we did have drinks in the bar which were all served very well and reasonably priced. Plenty of complimentary water in the room and the Nespresso machine was a lovely touch especially as the... More

Friendly staff. I arrived late and my room was upgraded...the bed, pillows and sheets were comfortable and clean. Bathroom is not only clean but well designed. The layout of the room is practical and the artworks are well chosen. Buffet offers many choices but not overwhelming. Lots of healthy food to choose from.... Fitness room offers excellent treadmills.. After a... More

This is a high end expensive 5 star hotel. The facilities reflect that and the room was great. 2 bad points (1) the food is very poor and more like 1 star. A colleague and I both ordered meals we had to send back they were so bad. Actually disgusting is closer. The meat was skin and fat. Awful. (2)... More
