Wonderful staff. Ask and you shall receive here. The staff will do everything they can to make it happen. This hotel is located in an area where most Japanese gather. You will find majority of hotel guests being Japanese. Although, with the recent travel boom in the mainland. I've now seen a good number of Chinese tourists as well. There... More

Great place with friendly staff. Classic hotel with western feel and nice lounge area. The bar is open passed midnight - until 1 am but with no problem of prolonging the stay if there are many people.

I stayed at the Imperial Hotel Taipei in December, 2014 for 6 nights. I will say that this is my second stay here and I returned for a reason. For the price, this is an excellent choice in Taipei. The staff here is always friendly and able to speak with me in English. The rooms are fine, clean and big... More

Stayed here with my mother for five days. Nice, clean room/facility, staff are very helpful. Bellman - Melchor spoke English and very helpful with finding us places to eat. Bedding very neat and comfy- comparable to high end Sheratons facilities in US. Restaurants in the hotels offers nice variety and very accommodating to my mother's dietary no salt restrictions. This... More

Stayed at the Imperial Hotel Taipei with my husband and our 6 1/2 month old baby. We arrived early and were unable to check in because the room wasn't available for us yet, but were able to leave our luggage and head out to explore the local area for a bit. Right outside there are many shops and little restaurants... More

This is an excellent property for the price. The staff is very helpful and friendly, the rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed and the location is prime. Close to many local attractions as well as public transportation. I also highly recommend the breakfast buffet--you will not be disappointed! Love staying here!

great location mins walk from MRT. Staff are extremely helpful and all speak good English. Hotel is well kept, rooms are comfortable and nice. They negotiate a deal on a taxi to airport when departing too! Easy to get around the city, it is right beside a no of wonderful bars and restaurants. Definitely recommend this place.

The Impreial Hotel is the industry standard for hospitality and service. The rooms are luxurious and very well appointed. The staff exists to ensure the quality of your comfort. The executive lounge is a wonderful place to dine and meet with clients. The staff will ensure that all your needs are met. Don't look for this kind of service at... More

Stayed here for only one night, after transfer from another hotel. Room size was ok for 2, bathroom was good with complete amenities. Receptionists speak good English and they had good exchange rate for US Dollars. We went out at night and tried to hail a taxi to Shilin night market, but we were rejected (twice!)because the taxi drivers could... More

The hotel is well located close to the metro station, restaurants and shops. Rooms and breakfast are good. The concierge is very helpful to make your stay enjoyable. Overall a recommendation. In the near area there are many restaurants and spa.
