Arrived late at night and given directions to our room, no instruction on operating any of the equipment and staff had minimal english. After reserving a non smoking suite (all rooms in Taiwan are supposed to be smoke free) we were overcome by the unwelcome smell of stale smoke. Staff offered to bring us an air purifier and said they... More

The hotel is tucked inside a quiet little alley, a minute away from the Nanjing Fuxing Metro station so very conveniently situated. The minimalist lobby may be deceptive but the charm of this hotel lies in its attention to details and service. This started when they provided a "local rental mobile" when we checked in. This meant a stored value... More

Warm reception. Delicious breakfast. Slippers are very comfortable. Service is super. Every one is willing to help and polite. Things in room are clean. Facilities are convenient for family and business. I will go definitely again.

This is THE hotel I would stay in, when we visit Taipei. Have been to Taipei on 3 occasions over the years and I must say that the standard of service provided by Les Suites is still high. Having worked for the hospitality industry previous, I have yet to meet the housekeeping staff as friendly and helpful as Les Suites'.... More

I have been staying at Les Suites for a number of years and am never disappointed. Every time I arrive it is as if I am coming home. The staff is warm, professional and always willing to help. Among others, Jack, Jonathan and Vivi are great. It is a peaceful retreat in Taipei; yet conveniently located. There are two MRT... More

Love a room upgrade and this is what greeted us when we arrived at Les Suites Taipei (Ching Cheng) - a very nice start. Couldn't fault this great boutique hotel - our suite was spacious, nicely decorated, very clean, and the location of the hotel is great with the underground railway about a 2 min walk away. Staff were very... More

What can I say about this place. I've stayed at this place every since I came back to Taipei (2003) and it has always stayed my favorite home away from home. The rooms are first class (sound system while taking a shower!?). The breakfasts are the best with a full array of local food that is simply delicious. The best... More

This hotel is the reason we visit Taipei whenever my husband and I have holidays. The staffs at the front desk were always very helpful. They are good English speakers and helped us a lot when reserving restaurant and others. They have “neatness” together with “hospitality”, which, in many cases, have opposite features and are difficult to coexist. This hotel... More

No lunch/ dinner restaurant or pool, free wifi available through out with good connection for FaceTime. Lots of breakfast options. Right in the centre, very easy to get to metro station Zhingxiao Fuxing. Rooms are clean, some are small but this is quite common of Asian cities as there is a fight for building space! Staff happy to help and... More

I have stayed at Les Suites Taipei many times. My recent visit was characterized by several disappointments. The bedrooms (suites) are looking old and tired. So are the public areas. Nothing has been modernized in 5 years or more. The furniture and decor have not changed. The entire establishment is too dark; the rooms, the lobby, the breakfast/bar area. The... More
